Inquired about unscheduled oil change over phone on
Inquired about unscheduled oil change over phone on Saturday. Was told morning was busy and 1pm would be better. When I got there, it seemed to be more inconvenience for the staff but they got me in. Service was fine but am concerned about the disconnect between who I spoke with in the morning and the service writer in the afternoon.

Everything was great until I drove back up to pick up our
Everything was great until I drove back up to pick up our second key fob. I was informed that we were given such a good deal that the extra key fob would be self pay. We were never told that at the time of purchase. After talking back and forth the dealership did give it to us. I had to wait 1 hours 45 mins till I got to leave with it

Cory was the person responsible for my vehicle and was
Cory was the person responsible for my vehicle and was horrible. He never updated me seemed irritated when I would call for updates I had to call every other few days to remind people of what vehicle I have and the issue I was facing and the dealerships diagnostic was wrong. They did not notify me of the check engine light issue and I can understand some things aren’t as important to such a big company but it showed a lot to me and I won’t be returning

I was there 7 days in a row for the same issue with my
I was there 7 days in a row for the same issue with my jeep. They said they fixed it on Friday and by the time I got home the same warning light were on so I drove back , all the tech were gone so I had to go back on Saturday. It was a nightmare.

I came in for a recall, oil change and tire rotation.
I came in for a recall, oil change and tire rotation. I specifically asked the gentleman to include the spare tire in the rotation. It was not done. When I picked up my vehicle and got on the highway I found out my hood was not latched. I called the dealership to speak to someone about all of this but no one called me back. Needless to say I am not happy with the service department.
