Love Kia of Bedford

I loved my first experience some odd years ago so much that I had to come back. So thankful that Matthew L. Was still there. He got me in a new 2021 Kia Sportage (Nightfall Edition) and I love it. My payments aren't what I expected them to be but with my situation, I understood. He also helped to lower my insurance, overall cared about our timing and was thorough with the information given. I was happy with everyone that I came in contact with from Matthew Lanning to Contrell Alford and even the cashier. I am as satisfied as I am going to be with the whole experience and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to have the same if not better experience. Thank you!

2020 kia rio

I bought a car I had 45 days for my car note I was charged any way I have complained no call back . I was lied to now the finance want me to pay for the month all I want is to talk to the ceo or someone that will understand instead of texting. Please someone call me.

Bad Business

If I could give them a zero I would. They approved me for a car that I didn't even want from the beginning. I picked another car and was told by Matthew that they didn't even want to sell the car because they paid too much for the car and would not make any money selling the car. He said they would be losing 2k so Wayne the manager came back and asked me why I didn't want the car they wanted me to get and I told him that I didn't like it cause it was basic simple as that. I told him that I like the car that I liked and he said it would be 2kd down. So I told him that I'll be back today and I came back with the 2k plus the insurance on the car so I could roll it off the lot and now all of a sudden the monthly payment is $400. They knew I didn't want a $400 a month payment in the first place. They are a bunch of bs, straight waste of time, red flags, and bad business. Go somewhere else and get you a car and get what you want since you're the one paying for it not them! 💯

The service here was excellent from buying the car to getting it repaired all that I have come in contact with are so polite and speak to you like a person with your best interest in heart if they keep it real with what was best for my option and budget. I yet to have any complaints

Tire rotation and service

I brought my Kia in for service and tire rotation and not knowing that the tire lock was not returned to my vehicle I left. I went in for service and rotation closer to my home and rotation was unable to be done because the tire lock is not in the trunk. I called the dealership which was also a complete hassle to get some kind of answer. I still do not have the lock after numerous complaints.
