Buyer be aware! Do not buy an Audi the worst experience and service. They paint a pretty nice picture when purchasing a car. Awful service staff and do not follow-up. Wonder how they get to keep their jobs.

Audi Bedford provides outstanding customer service

My experience at Audi Bedford was outstanding. Will Woods, my sales person went above and beyond to make sure that all my questions were answered and I knew how to use the car. He even came to my house after I had gotten the car to help. Amazing!

No regrets

We had an overall great experience. Our sales person was named William and he was always following up with my questions and needs. Unfortunately, when we received the car, the interior wasn’t clean. William made an effort to clean it himself and try to make it look better. We still had to detail the interior but that isn’t the fault of the dealership more so the original detailer’s job. William took the extra step and helped us with the extra detailing job and ensured we were happy with the purchase. The buying transaction with the financial manager went smooth. Highly recommend this dealership even though there were some issues in the beginning.

Failed basic CPO sale - No attention to detail

This dealer is best suited for new car purchases or leases only - I would suggest avoiding their used products, especially if located out of state. Purchased a CPO from out of state after finding the car on Cars.com. The sales staff was very efficient at moving me through the sales process, which in retrospect may have been done with the intent of giving me limited time to review the car. I took the car home and a multitude of small issues, including hanging plastic panels, trash and debris in the intake as well as one of the key-fobs not working. All of these issues should have been sorted prior to pickup, as the car was in their lot for 200 days. Audi Bedford's lack of attention to detail requires me to now visit another dealer to resolve these concerns. Their only solution was offered (for the broken key) - requiring a 300 mile trip to their dealership - by myself or their hired driver. All other concerns were dismissed without an offer of resolution or acceptance of responsibility. Audi Bedford's excuse for debris and leaves blocking the intake: Audi Bedford: "Engine and pollen air filters are done at the 40k and 60k service " When asked about the 2800+ miles & (200+days) since the last oil change: Audi Bedford - "The 30k mile service was completed when we first took the vehicle in on trade. "

Beautiful car, polite staff...Derek made it easy!

Car was exactly how it was portrayed online. Derek was great and super easy to work with. Drove home in my new car within an hour of pulling on the lot. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely check there first when it comes time to move on from this car.

Great dealership

We’ve purchased several vehicles here. The process is easy. My most recent salesperson, Andy, was great. He was personable and did not try to force a sale. Today (5 days later) I returned for my free car wash. Andy remembered me by name. That is customer service!

Love my Car!

Just purchased a 2023 Q8. This was our second Audi purchase but our first purchase at Audi of Bedford. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience. William Woods was very professional and extremely helpful from the initial ordering to the arrival and purchase. He was very thorough with explaining all the amazing features the car has. Would definitely go back to Audi of Bedford for future purchases.
