Chase was my service advisor and he was very helpful and

Chase was my service advisor and he was very helpful and kept me informed while my car was being serviced. This was my second visit to Audi Bedford and everyone has been helpful and made my visits pleasant.

2023 A5 brought in for dead battery at 18k under warranty

2023 A5 brought in for dead battery at 18k under warranty but the service adviser tried to charge me $700 for a replacement stating I let the vehicle sit to long. I had to complain to the service manager to shut that down. Part 2: I was turned down for a simple three (3) day reimbursement for a rental car that caused me much inconvenience to acquire on short notice. Again the tech. adviser reacted with a negative tone. Part 3: The service adviser recorded on their paperwork that i turned down recommended 20k mi service schedule work- but my vehicle only has 18k miles on it- again met with negative attitude. Unprofessional and substandard service department at this location - i recommend avoiding this location for service. Audi Bedford, Ohio.

Buyer be aware! Do not buy an Audi the worst experience and service. They paint a pretty nice picture when purchasing a car. Awful service staff and do not follow-up. Wonder how they get to keep their jobs.

Audi Bedford provides outstanding customer service

My experience at Audi Bedford was outstanding. Will Woods, my sales person went above and beyond to make sure that all my questions were answered and I knew how to use the car. He even came to my house after I had gotten the car to help. Amazing!
