I bought two used cars with this dealership and they have so far the best customer service. They are honest and not pushing to conclude a deal. Oh ask... for Phil, he is a very experimented salesperson.
Though, I didn't buy a car in my experience with this dealership, they were so friendly and helpful, not overbearing at all. I mostly dealt with Micha...el so I cant speak for all employees but I would definitely return here and recommend.
I went into Mazda of Bedford not really expecting to purchase a car that day. From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable. Scott Newman, the m...anager, greeted me when I walked in. He asked what I was shopping around for and immediately pulled Mark Rice, one of the sales associates to answer any further questions I had. It was nice to be recognized instead of waiting around for someone to notice if I needed help. Scott periodically checked to make sure things were going well and had some great conversation not related to business. Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with. Never once did I feel rushed or that there was an expectation to purchase. When they came back with the price for my new CX-9, I was sold and that was it. I was trading in a car and was not expecting to get such a great deal. Mark kept me informed as to the status of when my new car would be in over the few days we were waiting for it to arrive. When I did pick up my car, Mark walked me through every inch and option on the vehicle. I have never had any car dealership go into such detail. I highly recommend Mazda of Bedford and specifically Mark Rice.
Dion "Neon" Harris and the Mazda Bedford team gave me the friendliest, smoothest, and most time efficient car sales experiences I've ever had at a car... dealership. At no point was I standing around waiting for any significant length of time, as-is so common with other dealerships. Other dealerships should sign up for lessons from this one. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Shannon Clark who asked if I wanted assistance in a non-aggressive way and assigned Dion to assist me. Dion walked me through features and trim levels the Mazda CX-3 I was looking at in the showroom. We then went out to well organized lot and looked at several variations of the model. They had the lot organized so that least one example of each trim and color was immediately accessible for a test drive. He showed me the Mazda media system and was able to answer all my question. He clearly new his product very well and was able to concisely convey the information I needed without BS. At my request we also toured the service department where I met Katherine Baker who was every friendly and reflected very well on the dealership. That is noteworthy since she is in the service department instead of sales and it was near the end of the day. At so many other dealerships you can get a sort-of friendly sales person, but then service staff that have a "not my problem" attitude. That was not the case here. It was near traffic rush hour at the end of the day, so I requested a test drive the following day. When I arrived at the dealership Dion was quickly ready to go with the CX-3. He took the time to walk me though controls before we set off on his planned route to exercise the various aspects of the vehicle. The test drive went very well and I felt that I did get a good feeling for the capabilities of the CX-3. When came back to talk numbers, he gave me very competitive written price that matched what I was seeing on the Internet as good pricing. Everything was broken down with financing information that listed APR numbers and not just payment amounts in less than 5 minutes with minimal questions. In summary: friendly, efficient, and no games--in stark contrast to my experiences elsewhere that day. I wish there was a sixth star in the rating. Thanks Mazda of Bedford for doing it right.
I am very happy with my purchase of a brand new Mazda CX-5! Tyler Phelps was very helpful and patient with us through negotiations and I am so glad I ...got all the bells and whistles at a price I could afford. Ray was great in the finance department and I couldn???t believe how fast I got out of there without being pressured to by extra warranties!
I went in with a budget and a general idea of the type of car I'd like. They were very helpful, and never tried to upsell me on anything, but let me k...now what was available. I left with a car far better than I had expected, and still well within my original budget. I purchased a Mazda 3 that had been returned from a lease. It was used, but everything about it seemed new (only 30,000 miles)
First time buying a Mazda. Worked with Tyler through all of the process. Tyler was great, active communication, pro activeness, and friendliness. ... Things hit a bit of a bump at the very end of negotiations though with Patrick, the Used Car Manager, who needed to sign off on the deal. We're at the very end of negotiations, just fractions off from a deal. Patrick came over and said "I'm the only one who can sign off on this deal and I need to leave -now- as I'm late for an appointment so do we have a deal or not?" Didn't really like this as it rubbed me the wrong way in how he came over and put his personal needs ahead of mine, the customer. Find it hard to believe that it couldn't have been passed along to one of the other sales managers at the time to complete the deal that wasn't as rushed. Not really a good customer moment as far as I'm concerned and the only blemish on what was an otherwise good car buying experience, but also one that is lingering with me since it happened at the very end.
From the moment we set foot into the dealership, we had nothing but a completely positive experience. We were immediately greeted by Dion who went on ...to help us arrange a test drive of the car models we were interested in. The test drive experience went extremely in large part due to Dion's product knowledge, expert recommendation, and world class professionalism. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time really get a feel for the car in several different parts of town (scenic routes, standard traffic, parking lots). At the culmination of the pleasant and entertaining test drive, Dion did not pressure us to immediately purchase the car that evening. We indicated that we planned on purchasing that weekend, but we needed to sleep on the decision. Every single staff interaction we had was just top notch. Shannon and Ray both took great care of us and helped us navigate our way through the buying process efficiently and smoothly. We were even advised on how to best take advantage of various promotions and incentives offered by Mazda. Dion was simply an awesome dude to work with and we unquestionably be returning for continued service and future purchasing. This dealership clearly has figured out how to hire great people and maintain a fantastic working environment.
Every person who works here is amazing. From being patient with my special situation with a car I should have never gotten into and helping me with ev...erything they had to get me a better car that's safe for my kids. They stayed until 10:30 at night just so we could drive away with our new car after spending 7 hours working with us. Excellent experience and we will definitely be back.
Just bought my second Mazda 3 from this dealership based on the quality of my first one and the way they kept it running like new for 11 years. The s...ervice was always courteous, thorough and professional. Buying the new car was a simple, easy transaction. It took longer to show me the new controls than it took to reach an agreement on price. Everyone with whom I came into contact treated me as a valued customer.
