Our salesman, Michael Baldwin was fantastic.

Our salesman, Michael Baldwin was fantastic. Catered to our individual needs. Made sale easy peasy 😁 The only negative I could say is not against Michael, but dealership should accept Bank's Letter of Credit to make transaction smooth and not waste fuel to drive back and forth!! But...it is what it is 😝 and we are happy with our purchase!!

I had a 2015 Nissan Rogue S AWD that I loved, but sadly,

I had a 2015 Nissan Rogue S AWD that I loved, but sadly, it was involved in a accident on January 9th, 2026, bought my car at Ron Marhofer Hyundai in 2022, it was declared a total loss, so I got a settlement payment and went looking for a car and noticed that Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga Falls was selling a Hyundai Kona for a decent, and I contacted my previous salesperson, Michael Baldwin, because he gave the best customer service and helped me out the best to find me a car, he was able to help me with the test drive of the 2023 Hyundai Kona I saw, was very professional and very communicative, gave me a CarFax report, it had a very minor car accident, but me and Michael, the salesperson, looked at the car and said it looks like it was very minor, taken care of and never affected the engine or the drive, the Hyundai Kona drove like a new car, like if it was never in a minor accident, he explained well on the Hyundai warranty left, explained about the extended warranty Option, and Gap insurance, and said that I would have to to talk to the finance manager, to do all the signing and see if I can get any lower on the price or deal on the extended warranty after the Hyundai warranty expires, which still had 5 years or 100,000 mile warranty left and I was very appreciative of Michael Baldwin's help, the Finance person was a different story, he wasn't able to lower the price of the vehicle and should have since they were selling the car at a high Kelly Blue Book asking price, even with minor damage reported, but was repaired, by previous owner, which he should have lower the price by $1,000, but didn't, but gave me a discount on yhe extended warranty and Gap insurance, so, I g a ve Michael Baldwin a A+ for a great job of his part and a C+ for the Finance person who I dealt with to sign for the car, he did give me a good interest rate, I highly recommend talking to Michael Baldwin if you want to look at a car at Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga Falls, he's the best!🚙👍☺️

⭐ Review for Ron Marhofer – Extremely Disappointed I purchased a vehicle from Ron Marhofer in December 2025, and to this day, I’ve only been able to drive it for three days. Shortly after the purchase, I scheduled a manufacturer recall appointment. Before that appointment even happened, the vehicle developed an issue that the dealership had clearly overlooked. Instead of taking accountability, the management team initially tried to blame me for tampering with the vehicle. Thankfully, the salesman stepped in and confirmed that the issue existed before I even test‑drove the car. Only then did the dealership agree to address the problem. Since then, the manufacturer has held my vehicle due to the recall—something that should have been a simple fix. It is now February 2026, and I still have no vehicle, no timeline, and no clear communication. The dealership blames the manufacturer, the manufacturer blames the dealership, and I’m left without the car I paid for. This entire experience has been unacceptable. A customer should never be left without answers, without support, and without their vehicle for months. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Shout out to Michael for his assistance in helping me purchse a newer vehicle. He was very accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable. He asked me what I was looking for and showed me what he had in stock. He went and got every car I wanted to test drive in the freezing cold (Sorry). I appreciated his input based on experience and best of all... no xx! I will definitely feel comfortable sending my kids his way when they are ready for their next vehicle and anyone else I know looking for a new car. Our finance guy was also amazing! He said here we are with the price, interest rate, and any additional options you may want. I picked out the extras I wanted, signed the paperwork and went home feeling completely comfortable about my experience there. This was the best and easiest experience I have had buying a car. I will continue to be a customer (as long as Micheal still works there). Thank you!

Fabulous experience as always with Marhofer. I appreciate the attentiveness to the process even though I wasn't buying a brand new car. Michael communicated throughout the whole process & made me feel comfortable with my decision.

There was very little information known and offered about

There was very little information known and offered about the buyback vehicle we were interested in purchasing. After many questions and research on our end, we decided to buy the vehicle two days after going to see it. They raised the price and wouldn’t budge. They would not let us speak to a manager. They then lowered the price two days later without contacting us. When we went to purchase it again, we were told there was a $700 price increase for a protective coating they put on the car. This was not advertised in their pricing. We again asked to speak to a manager and after waiting an hour, our sales rep could not get a manager because they were all in a meeting on a Saturday morning while the dealership was full of customers. Their website claims to have no hidden fees in their pricing. I am appalled at the way this dealership handled the is situation. We were at the dealership wanting to buy a car in cash and we weren’t able to do that. Unbelievable!
