I have lived in Ohio for less than three years and I use to take the bus to get to work. I was able to finally buy a used car that was cheap, but I payed the price when it broke down on me 3x. I was done and I was very afraid to look for a car and find a place that would be honest with me and help me get a car that would last me a few good years. I called Spitzer and Robert K. (also known as Bobby) was very kind and understanding of what I was going through. I had very bad luck that day, especially since I was in the middle of moving that week and I just spent $700 to get the car fixed and it died again, of course it had something else wrong with it. They tried every loan possible and could only find one loaner with a HIGH APR %, which left with no choice at all. A few days later I get a call from Bobby and to my surprise, they were still looking for a better option for me. They found another loaner that helped me lower my APR %, keep my GAP insurance, add bumper to bumper insurance, and even reduce my loan time by a year. The best part about it, is that my monthly was lowered to a price that I could afford. I am honestly blown away on how this dealership helped me out and made a miracle happen when I needed it the most. I recommend this place 100%, especially when they truly understand the need of having a good vehicle.
