My salesman TJ was very knowledgeable and patient when answering my questions and showing me different features on my new car.

I was in last Thursday for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I was early for my appointment and after asking how long it may take the man that checked me in tapped on his computer and told me that it looked like they were all caught up, so within 2 hours. I took a walk to Meijer and shopped a bit then came back to sit in the waiting room. After about 2 hours I sent a text to the number they had texted me from when I first checked in. The thread that told me if I had any questions I could send a text. Did not hear back. So I waited about 30 more minutes and went looking for someone. Nobody was to be found. So I waited another 30 minutes or so. At this point I was at well over 3 hours. I went to see the man who checked me in. He was on the phone really giving someone a hard time. So the man next to him apologized for what I overheard then asked if he could help me. I was then told, that after waiting over 3 hours, that my truck had not even been started! I was beyond upset. Then they said well, we close in about 2 hours so it will definitely be done by then. I didn't have 2 hours. We were leaving town. I had to leave at that point. I was told to go back to the waiting room and they would get my truck. The man that checked me in came back to the room and said here are your keys. That's it. Not I am sorry. Not would you like to reschedule. Nothing! And he walked away. I ask you, how difficult would it have been at the 1 hour or 2 hour mark to contact me and let me know you had not even started on my vehicle? Or walk 20 feet down the hall and communicate this to me? This was an oil change that was already paid for through your package deal. I called when I left and was sent to a voice mail. It is now Saturday and I have heard nothing back. I am owed an oil change. Not to mention over 3 hours of my time. Very rude and inconsiderate treatment. I have been here several times for an oil change. This will be my last time. I am an older woman and was treated as if they had better things to do than communicate with me. And not getting a return call after leaving a voice mail is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Shame on all of you for handling this the way you did.

Great customer service. Friendly yet not pushy. Deceiving “Car not for sale” stickers in windows making you think the car is not for sale when it really is.
Bought a 2012 compass from used car lot for 8495.
Bought a 2012 compass from used car lot for 8495.00. Had to put $1k into the car in the first month. 4wd stopped working after the first day. Replaced both front struts and a arms. After 2months the transmission went out. They told me $6600.00 to replace it and offered no help. I bought with confidence because it's a chrysler dealership,not a "B" lot,but apparently they're selling B lot vehicles instead of auctioning them off to B lots. Filed complaint with BBB . Dealership wouldn't respond to them or me. Talked to the GM and he said he would get with used car manager. Never called me back. These transmissions are apparently known to go out on compass and patriot because they're a bad design CVT transmission. You don't expect a chrysler dealership to sell vehicles with major known issues to unsuspecting customers. I'd expect that from a B lot,which is why I went to a large dealership.

Beware! This dealership is selling over priced B lot cars. I guess thry are desperate. If you buy a used car here and have issues,which you likely will with these B lot cars,just know they wont give you an ounce of help.
