While prompt in responding to my initial calls on an inquiry regarding a used vehicle they had listed on Carfax, we were assured by our sales rep, after asking multiple times, that it received a thorough inspection as we were buying the it for our daughter (a new driver). We understood that the vehicle was sold “as-is” and assumed we would have some items to deal with. This was not our first used car purchase and we did already find a few minor issues before buying it (which MAM did handle). Less than two weeks later we’ve tallied over a dozen issues that should have been easily caught, most of which were discovered within the first hour of ownership. One very large issue with the moon roof not opening correctly was discovered when we literally pulled in our garage from the dealership. I would say shame on us for assuming it was checked at inspection, but Brad appeared to be under the same assumption based on an email response to a message we sent him immediately following our discovery. He was going to contact the dealership who performed the inspection and, “get back to us immediately “. Unfortunately, he never returned our message with a response. Turns out, it was not part of the standard inspection. Frustrating we found this out afterwards. We have contacted the dealership multiple times (GM, Sales Manager and our sales rep. With NO response. We have only heard back once and that was because the Kia dealership we are now working through for service actually contacted them when we shared our experience to inquire if they would cover costs. Evidently, they offered to cover a small portion of our repair, but when I followed up again on for additional coverage, they have never gotten back to me. This dealership’s lack of ethics to do the right thing, let alone not even dignifying any my emails with a response, is telling. Hopefully their decision to not invest $1,000 works out in the long run on losing any referrals from us.

Had a good experience at this dealership. Logan was awesome! Just wished they would have provided a 2nd key and fob. Would buy another car from them….

We called about a 2025 Ram truck and it was just as advertised. Ryan was easy to talk to and he had a great sense of humor. I never felt pressured and would recommend this dealership and Ryan to my friends. I've forgotten the name of the finance manager I worked with but he was easy to talk with and at no time did I feel pressured.

Sold me a vehicle with only one key and it was not the admin key which I was unaware was necessary to access all functions. Tried multiple times to contact someone and got no response. Very unsatisfied.

Bought a new closeout 2025 Sierra for thousands less than I had been seeing elsewhere . No tricks. No gimmicks. No add ons . Trade in price was high as well . Dealt with Travis Steyers .

Bought two new 2026 cars there in 5 days.

Bought two new 2026 cars there in 5 days. We we going to buy the second car from a different dealership but After the excellent experience from the dealership and especially from David on the first car my wife changed her mind from the vehicle she wanted in order for us to buy the second car from David at the Medina Auto Mall, even though it was a much longer distance to go to buy. I highly recommend the dealership and ask for David Tell him KC John sent you.
