I purchased my Dodge grand Caravan five years ago. I had wonderful, friendly service & sounds like they were very patient with us through the whole pr
ocess. I have begun my search for a new family vehicle, and have had some correspondence with customer service agents that has been friendly and helpful. As I am still searching, I don't feel any pressure or rush, as the agents have been helpful patient and kind. Send me information that they think I would like & don't overdo it. I appreciate it & plan to buy from Medina auto mall again.
We found the vehicle we wanted on cars.com on Friday evening, and by Saturday evening it was in our driveway. Buying a car has never been so easy.
Found a new 2015 listed on cars.com at this dealership, made a call on Friday afternoon to make sure it was there and on Saturday morning we made a g
reat deal and drove it home. The salesman, Brian was great to work with to make the sale. Actually, everybody there seemed professional, friendly and helpful. One of the nicer experiences we've had at a car dealership.
Called Dusty previously and he followed up and then went above and beyond to accommodate me and my wife. It's nice to see excellent customer service s
Went to dealership on Friday to look at passenger vans. Our sales person [Bill] took us to an offsite location where the vans were packed so close tog
ether that Bill could not get one out for us to test drive. We made an appointment for test drive on Sunday. When we returned on Sunday Bill looked supersized to see us and we were told "No one had had time to get the van from the offsite"...REALLY? We made an appointment and they had our phone number! Is this their customer service?
Sorry to hear of your experience. We will consult and train our employees to do a better job with time management for our customers. Please feel fre
e to contact me if I can help in any way.
Stay away at all costs. This service department could not possibly care less about doing the right thing. That is if you can even get them on the ph
one in the first place. You will end up taking your repairs to another dealership, save yourself some time and do that first.
Took my enclave in for service on the Hvac system and after they had the vehicle all day decided they didn't find any problems! I showed the service m
anager the problem and he said he would look into it. Huh!!! Dropped it off at 9am and picked it up at 5 pm. Take your car somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
We've had the car less than 100 days. Transmission goes. Their "24 hour roadside service" took 3 hours to show up on a 20 degree day (not an "everyone
's battery died from the cold" day or a bad roads day). Took 12 phone calls to get someone to show up because they kept insisting we owned a Hyundai and their "on hold" kept disconnecting us. They told us we could have car towed to closest dealer instead of paying upcharge to tow to Median Auto Mall, then says they can't be responsible for diagnosis of that dealer and won't pay.
The Chrysler service dept. completed a simple recall repair for me. Afterward I had a small problem with a new part they supplied so I called. Over a
period of 10 days I was tranferred by the swithboard but the phone was never answered. 5 failed attempts then I tried to contact them via their website. Still no response. Then after five days I called and actually got voice mail so I left a message. Nothing. Then I called and asked the switchboard what I should do. She promised to take a note to the service guy (Chad, I believe). Still nothing. It's been almost a month. I give up. Even if I wanted to get work done again (that will never happen) I doubt if I could pull it off.
Dealt with Travis Steyers on a 2015 Certified Used car I saw on cars.com. Painless negotiations. Financing a breeze. Seriously one of the best , if
not the best car buying experiences in 45 years of buying new and used cars.
