    Customer service was excellent. They were prompted on calling me back everything I called or had a question. The sales rep seemed to be honest and up front with on purchasing a vehicle and he was very courteous and kind and helpfull as well I would recommend anybody to try them out even though they couldn't help me at this point.

    Stay away at all costs. This service department could not possibly care less about doing the right thing. That is if you can even get them on the phone in the first place. You will end up taking your repairs to another dealership, save yourself some time and do that first.

    Took my enclave in for service on the Hvac system and after they had the vehicle all day decided they didn't find any problems! I showed the service manager the problem and he said he would look into it. Huh!!! Dropped it off at 9am and picked it up at 5 pm. Take your car somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

    We've had the car less than 100 days. Transmission goes. Their "24 hour roadside service" took 3 hours to show up on a 20 degree day (not an "everyone's battery died from the cold" day or a bad roads day). Took 12 phone calls to get someone to show up because they kept insisting we owned a Hyundai and their "on hold" kept disconnecting us. They told us we could have car towed to closest dealer instead of paying upcharge to tow to Median Auto Mall, then says they can't be responsible for diagnosis of that dealer and won't pay.

    The Chrysler service dept. completed a simple recall repair for me. Afterward I had a small problem with a new part they supplied so I called. Over a period of 10 days I was tranferred by the swithboard but the phone was never answered. 5 failed attempts then I tried to contact them via their website. Still no response. Then after five days I called and actually got voice mail so I left a message. Nothing. Then I called and asked the switchboard what I should do. She promised to take a note to the service guy (Chad, I believe). Still nothing. It's been almost a month. I give up. Even if I wanted to get work done again (that will never happen) I doubt if I could pull it off.

    Dealt with Travis Steyers on a 2015 Certified Used car I saw on cars.com. Painless negotiations. Financing a breeze. Seriously one of the best , if not the best car buying experiences in 45 years of buying new and used cars.

    As if the process of buying a car is not a big enough time suck, this dealer allowed us to negotiate and have a vehicle checked out by a mechanic, then during our final phone conversation, we left a message. Four hours later we were contacted by our salesperson to confirm the price and then he immediately called us back and let us know the car was already purchased right after I dropped it off that morning after having my mechanic look at it.

    I bought a used Mercedes E500 there, about a week ago. I am pleased with the car and I found the salesman, Dusty, to be friendly and helpful. The finance manager treated me with courtesy and respect. My only complaint is with whomever decides how the used car is prepped for sale. The dealership put on a new set of Ling Long tires, to set the car up for sale. Ling Longs are some of the worst rated tires made, and have no business on any car - let alone a Benz. The first place we went, after picking up the car was to NTB, and bought a new set of Continenals for it. The point is, I would have paid the dealer extra for good rubber. Putting low grade tires on the car was a cheap move, on the part of the dealership. It makes me wonder what else is cheaply done. I will recommend this dealership - but with reservations.

    Leased 2 viecheles from Medina auto mall first was great! Second one was a horrible experience, signed an agreement based on the fact that Medina auto mall would cover "any and all overages " a month later we got a bill for nearly a thousand dollars from the lease company, had lengthy conversations with the salesman with no help. We than sent numerous emails to owner & sales manager and haven't even gotten a reply. But we did receive emails for service work needed lol. Very disappointed! I guess they got there lease and that's all they needed.
