Found truck on cars.com and send a request for information asking if there was any room on price since I was 2 hours away and did not want to waste my... time. Got the email response in a timely manner but just wanted to know when I could come look at it. I had to ask 3 times if the price was firm before I got an answer that "the price is the price". I also asked for pictures of any rust on the truck and was sent a link to the same pictures that were online. Asked for pictures of the bed and if it had a 5th wheel hitch and they were too lazy to go look and see. Truck looked nice and a fair price but I'm not wasting my time with people who can't be bothered to go look in the bed of a truck.

My husband and I bought a Chevy Silverado two weeks ago from Laria. We drove almost 3 hours to the dealership and the customer service was phenomenal!... The staff stayed late, despite closing at 8pm, to ensure we had the best interest rate and were satisfied with our purchase. We would definitely buy from this dealership in the future! My experience was positive, I was greeted promptly upon entering the service department. The gentleman explained the process and time period required to... complete the service. He was even able to go above and beyond my expectations and replaced my defective wiper blades under the vehicle's warranty. He was very professional and just a good guy. No hidden surprises and a pleasant experience all around. The complementary Wi Fi service helped the wait time go by quickly. Bad experience! Adam quoted a price that went up $1000 once I went in person and I don't live close. I questioned that his price was correct!! He repeatedly... assured it was. I worked w/him abt 2 weeks on the deal and he stuck to the price he quoted until I got there in person!
We really do want to earn your business but some where along the way in the different vehicles we calculated "over 12 days" a vehicle was selected wit...hout a sunroof. We did honor our price but the sunroof is a $1,000 extra option. Sorry for the misunderstanding. We truly did not intend to mislead you in any way.
Went in to lease a new truck. Got a better deal elsewhere. However, I did put a deposit on the truck at Laria. Since I bought elsewhere, Joe Laria refuses... to return my calls, berated me on the phone and I have no return on my deposit. Got more for my money elsewhere and not paying nearly as much. Crooks, cheats and liars. I'll never refer anyone to this dealership again. Hey Joe, people who go to your dealership work hard for thier money, but I guess that really doesn't matter to you.
Hi Steve. On Thursday the 15th of November we made a deal on a new Silverado and scheduled delivery for Saturday the 17th. We did take a security depo...sit because we were bringing in a unique 2018 Silverado for you from another dealer which we got on Friday the 15th. We did uphold what you asked us to do by bringing in the vehicle that we agreed upon. You did call us Saturday the 16th to tell us you bought a vehicle elsewhere the morning of the scheduled delivery. I do want to address that we are not crooks, cheats or liars. We do our very best for our customers with honesty and integrity. I called and left you two messages to refund your deposit. I can't begin any refund of a security deposit without your credit card number.... Joe Laria
I actually completed a deal over text messages with Casey before I even arrived. I told him what I could spend and what I wanted for my trade and he made... it work! I also added a few things to my truck and the service department was excellent. I traveled almost 50 miles to get the salesperson and service I was looking for. I had turned down offers over a 3-year period that I just could not afford until Casey did everything he could to sell me my truck. I cannot say enough about this dealership. If you can't work with Casey and the service manager, you can't work with anyone. Really genuine good guys.
Great experience the dealers at the dealership were amazing made me feel welcomed and good. The cars they had were great to there were great used cars... in good shape at low prices

I made initial contact two months prior to my purchase, as the initial... inquiry was several months prior to my current lease was up. Casey and Joe were understanding of this, however they followed up periodically to make sure any questions I had were answered. Ultimately their professionalism earned them my business.
