Greeted promptly with smiling faces when I entered the

Greeted promptly with smiling faces when I entered the service department. Check in was super fast and oil change and tire rotation took 54 minutes. Staff are always friendly and professional at the same time.

I had a frustrating experience with Laria Chevrolet Buick

I had a frustrating experience with Laria Chevrolet Buick and wouldn't recommend them—or GM as a manufacturer—to anyone. My vehicle's 12V battery died after GM delayed warranty approval for a month by preventing my preferred dealer from performing the work. Chuck from Laria called me daily to get authorization for a $680 replacement battery, which I understood given the circumstances. When I finally got back in touch after some personal issues, he was apologetic about the frequent calls, explaining that they prioritize keeping customers updated. However, once he realized I wouldn't pay their inflated price (I bought and installed a replacement myself for $188 in 15 minutes), communication stopped. I didn't hear anything for over a week and had to stop by in person to check on my car. I was initially told a rental vehicle would be provided once the repair was confirmed under warranty. The next call I received, about a week later, was to say my car was ready with no charges, as it was covered by the manufacturer. When I went to pick it up and return the loaner (which my preferred dealer kindly let me keep after GM's delays), a different service advisor directed me to the cashier, who informed me I owed over $200 for diagnostic time. Apparently, their technician spent "a good amount of time" figuring out that an 8-year-old battery needed replacement after sitting idle for a month—that explains the check engine light and reduced propulsion power message both being on when I got in the car. I reminded them I'd been told there were no charges when notified the car was ready, and I hadn't authorized any fees. After being ignored at the counter for about 10 minutes, I left without paying. The vehicle wasn't repaired correctly the first time, communication was nonexistent after the initial push for payment authorization, and GM's bureaucracy only added to the hassle for both my preferred dealer and customers like me. Steer clear.

Even though your vehicle has over 123,000 miles we were able to get $2,323.62 repaired under warranty. The $680 quote did included our technicians diagnostic time and an EV battery which you didn't elect to pay. The diagnostic of $189.95 was never paid because "you left without paying the diagnostic bill". Please make sure the battery that you put in the vehicle was an EV battery. At this point you received $2,323.62 in repairs for no cost to you. We all do our very best to help our customers.

I have been pleased with Laria, but I'm disappointed in

I have been pleased with Laria, but I'm disappointed in my last visit. The visit was to rotate tires and check over my 2023 Bolt euv. I was told that I didn't need a tire rotation but was still charged $47. I'm not saying that I should not have been charged anything, but $47 seemed high.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. From the first phone call with Adam to picking up my vehicle I couldn't have asked to be treated any better. Everyone was so friendly and willing to work with my crazy work schedule to help me out. There were no games. What I heard on the radio about the special price was the truth unlike any other dealership I went to. I have been telling everyone about this. I will never go anywhere else.

I had a terrible experience with [Laria Chevrolet ].

I had a terrible experience with [Laria Chevrolet ]. I spoke to 2 salesman- Ryan and Scott- regarding a car that they had up on their website. They assured me that this specific car is available 2 weeks ago and promised to hold it for me as soon as they get it back from the owner’s garage since it was manager’s special and was kept by him. I am from Jersey and I told them that I would like to finalize the deal as soon as possible. I waited 2 weeks, trusting their word, only to find out this Monday morning that they had sold the car to someone else without even notifying me. This level of dishonesty and poor communication is completely unacceptable. They wasted my time and showed no regard for their customers’ trust. If you’re looking for a dealership that values integrity and keeps their promises, I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere

I am sorry that the vehicle sold so quickly. I show that you contacted us on Wednesday 3/26 and it sold Monday the 31st 5 days later. I know we promised we would get you a video as soon as we could but it sold site unseen to some one else out of state before we could get you the video. We wish you the best.
