    So many good things to say. I am on my 3rd BMW because of the dealership and my spouce has one too so that makes four. I have owned and driven several luxury brands. Audi, Land Rover, Porsche, and Jaguar... And while I've loved them all... NONE have presented me with a dealership of this quality. From the moment you walk in the door, to the minute you need the service or the parts department, I have never had better treatment. And its not just the brand, wonderful as it is, It's Dave Walter that keeps me coming back. My newest BMW came from another dealership in Bayside NY... I had to travel there because the model I wanted was the last of its kind, and trying to broker a dea via DW woud have been a little costly... AWFUL experience ... had I not first experienced Dave Walter I would not have bought the car. The level of professionalism, care, and personal attention Shujaat Siddiqui gives and demands of his employees is outstanding and a breath of fresh air. My only regret is that BMW is the only luxury brand they sell... Not that I don't love BMW... Dave, you need a Porsche dealership ((grin)).

    I was upside down in my current car financing but needed to get a larger vehicle due to my job and current circumstances. The sales team at Dave Walter pulled out ALL the stops to get me in a car that I love, a payment that works & that met all of my criteria needed. Michelle Laughman was my sales rep and she went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Shujaat Siddiqui and Rora Liddle were the Sales Mgr/Finance Mgrs that made the deal happen at a price I can afford. Scott Inskeep was the BMW genius who did not let me leave the dealership until I knew (for the most part) how to operate all the bells and whistles my new BMW had to offer-he also explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership due to their level of professionalism, being a dealer you can trust and that actually listens to your needs and concerns, going above and beyond to ensure you get the best option that works for you.     Dave Walter BMW was great and easy to work with. This was my second BMW purchase, and my first from Dave Walter. Brandon Spinks did an excellent job of explaining all the new and different features on the new BMW's. He also helped program all the presets when I took delivery of the car. Eric Eisenhart is the Client Advisor in Sales I worked with, he treated me with respect and professionalism throughout the process. Eric has been with Dave Walter for over 35yrs, and I would recommend him to anybody in the market for a BMW. Rora Liddle helped with the financing, she got me a very good interest rate, was easy to work with, and made the process very smooth.

    This is the third lease I have had with Dave Walter BMW. I return there because of their professionalism, and amazing customer service ethic. From the moment you enter the dealership until the moment you leave people in every department offer to help you. The receptionists, the service staff, the sales staff and the general management - everyone there knows their job extremely well, does their job extremely well, and makes you feel as though they are solely there to make sure you as a customer have a wonderful experience. I teach Marketing, and have found that every element of the BMW, and particularly the Dave Walters BMW, experience is an example of excellence in concept, design, execution and follow-up. You may need to experience this for yourself, since my praise is so high and I am sure many will be skeptical, but I have no fear that after your first experience there you will have to agree that these are facts, and the dealership routinely earns its standing as the number one BMW dealership in the US.

    Justin was great to work with. He was patient and flexible with my crazy schedule and made everything easier on me. The purchase was unanticipated after a total loss to our X5. I told Justin what vehicle and options I wanted. He had a select inventory prepared for me. Justin made it so easy to find the perfect vehicle. Additionally, Scott was extremely helpful, spending all the time I needed teaching me all the newest features that our previous car did not have. Tremendous service experience! The vehicle price was extremely fair - no headaches with haggling. I could not believe how fast, simple, and painless the finance paperwork process was.

    What went right: 1). Got the car I wanted What went wrong: 1). Sales rep did not hold up to their end of the bargain- He promised a certain amount for my trade and promised a certain amount off the top of the car I was purchasing. Neither happened. 2). Sales rep set an expectation of how long it would take. It took more than double that amount of time. I missed an important meeting. - Note- I don't blame the rep. I felt like he had no power in the situation. I honestly felt like he represented the dealership well- it was when it got to management although I'm guessing. He seemed embarrassed that he wasn't able to get what I thought we agreed on. 3). Finance came off as patronizing- specifically, they were acting surprised I didn't want to spend a ton of extra cash for their tire program. 4). GM clearly loves making deals and feeling like he's won. But a good negotiation is where both parties feel like they won. Now, if I were you, I would wonder, "Why didn't you walk?" It's a long story, but in the end I could of, but it wouldn't have changed these experiences. I work in sales. I was painfully aware of every stretch of the truth and every half truth. I was painfully aware of the fact that they thought they won when I felt like I lost. As a consumer, I felt as though I did NOT get a deal, but I made the deal because of extenuating circumstances. Car's great though- the Mrs. loves it.
