We drove 2 hours to see and drive this truck. We were very well treated by all we had contact with and are quite pleased with the experience.

Very impressed with their staff, sales, customer service, etc. Great follow-up and quick turnaround on the sale and delivery of my new car in less than 4-days from first visit to actual pick-up of the car.

Just bought 4 new tires at Varsity. Not only did they match price from competitors (Belle Tire, Discount) the final price was even lower than quoted. Service to order and install was excellent. Even offered to drive me home and pick me up when done. Brandon my service agent was great ! Courteous, very helpful. Would definitely recommend Varsity. Ps....I have always received superior service. Even washed and vacuumed when done.

Just purchased 4 new Uniroyal tires from Varsity Lincoln. Service was excellent. Brandon Sobiesiak was excellent as my service agent. Not only was the pricing a match with other tire dealers (Belle Tire, Discount), the final price actually came in under the quoted price....much to my surprise. I was even offered a courtesy ride home and a pick up offer when the car was done.......Fast, efficient. Very courteous....will definitely recommended this dealership for service

Drove about an hour to work with Jere Law to purchase a used vehicle. Great down-to-earth guy. No pressure sales and really works with you to get you the vehicle you want. Got us in and out of the dealership quickly as well, while making sure we have everything we need and all our questions answered.

Loyal customer very disappointed with service. Have been getting my vehicle serviced at Varsity since purchased in 2015. For whatever reason I asked for my tires to be checked because I've been having to put air in my tire more often than not. I was advised that tires go low because of the weather. To make a long story short. Oil was changed and tire rotation December 29th after my usual oil service which I get quarterly. January 24th I have a flat tire. Tow driver shows me my tire that is very worn out from the inside with threads showing. Was told I very lucky that I didn't have a blow out while driving which could have injured someone or even myself. Think they may need to inspect these tires a little more closely. Less than 20k miles on 1k set of tires and have to turn right around and buy a new set. Seems kind of unacceptable but who am I ?Loyal Disappointed customer.

Loyal customer have the majority of any work on my vehicle done here. I've been getting my oil changed and tire rotation at Varsity. For the life of me I can't understand how they could miss the fact of my tires weren't wearing evenly. I'm certain if anyone had paid some amount of attention I wouldn't have had to replace an entire set of tires that cost over a thousand dollars after only 2 years and less than 20k miles. Last time I had my tires and oil changed on the 29th of December 2021. January 26 get a flat tow truck driver removed tire shows me the wear on my tire the threads are obvious showing. So less than a month after tire rotation. Apparently the tire person wasn't paying any attention. So glad I didn't have a blow out and get hurt and or hurt anyone else on the road. Love Varsity very first disappoint but this has cost me financially and thankfully not physically. Very disappointing.
