Shout out to Sarah Peters and Marvin Maffett for their exceptional customer service helping us purchase our replacement vehicle after our 2020 Passport was totaled in a rear end collision. Great Lakes Honda, under the leadership of Marvin Maffett, was able to locate a specific color/trim new 2026 Passport and Sarah Peters worked with us to navigate the waiting and purchase of the car as it moved through the transportation and delivery to the dealership. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the purchase stress-free and we never felt pressured through the entire process. She was able to handle our last minute requests for accessories so the car was ready with everything we wanted at a very fair price. We researched nationally and were able to purchase the exact car we wanted at a price that beat dealerships from FL to Ohio. The only reason Great Lakes Honda is getting A star is because at least one is required. They don't even deserve that. Went in to look at a truck on Sunday. The next day made an agreement to purchase the truck. signed a sales agreement, gave the money down, with the agreement to pick up the truck on Thursday after work, the next day the salesperson was working. The salesperson called and texted me Thursday morning telling me another salesperson sold the truck while she was off. This sales person deserves the commission out of the selling sales managers pocket. She had a sale made. this salesperson has bigger stones than the whole management staff, she did YOUR job by contacting me about YOUR screw up. Shame on you. i was given back my deposit but couldn't get back the SIGNED sales agreement......she deserves better than you GLH. Horrible business practice considering the day and age with social media, yeah this will be blasted all over social media.

Very courteous and professional! We had to make a couple trips to get the vehicle due to location of the vehicle then issues with the vehicle when we came to pick it up. Staff was amazing. Everyone smiles and talks to you! Always asking if we needed anything. Transaction was smooth. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to purchase a new or used car! My overall experience was very pleasant. My sales person was very accommodating and went above to help find me find a vehicle that suites me. We was successful in finding me a match to purchase and I’m very happy
