everybody tere is welcoming and friendly and very efficient they tried to get us in and out as quickly as possible they even have a small playroom that my granddaughter and daughter played in while the dealership was working on some things they were very kid friendly , they were just incredible and even helped us do what we needed to do and Gina Badino is honest and straight with you. and finance department was incredible with my 4 year old granddaughter while we were finishing up.

Laura was absolutely terrific and not pushy or demeaning towards my needs and the price I wanted. The only reason I do not give a full five stars is because once it got to the paperwork portion and I was sent to the finance guy, he was nice but quickly turned into a slightly demeaning attitude when I kept turning down the added warranty. Quotes of "come on a minute ago you said this payment why wouldn't you get this?" to a little attitude in "well its your money". 45 minutes I would say in a lecture and making me feel irresponsible for not buying extra coverage. Laura saved it though by afterwords having my old car completely cleaned out and personal belongings moved to my new one. Overall great but don't make a single woman feel irresponsible or like I'm being stupid. He almost lost the whole deal as I was ready to cut my loss and go as I don't put up with much, but I knew how much I liked the car and drove over an hour.

Great service department - purchase your Honda elsewhere

Great service department - purchase your Honda elsewhere Sadly , this is not your father’s Honda dealership. When Jack Matia owned it, this was A great place to purchase, and service your vehicle. However, they advertised price is not the real price because they add on mandatory items such as window etching and blinking tail lights which add zero dollars in value to the for vehicle but put a lot of money in their pockets They also sold me a car that had tires that leaked. They must’ve filled them up before my test drive but they were low on air the next day. I filled them up and they deflated again - all four tires ! Steer clear of this place The service Sept deserves 5 stars
