Came into the Honda store and spoke with Ron M. I wanted a new car and not a used car. Had a few ideas of cars I was looking at and I finally came a across a Honda Civic Touring sports edition and I was hooked. Ron did whatever he did to help me get the car, even stopped me in the parking lot to come back in and after a little bit of time. I got nothing but outstanding news and I am going home today in my new car and couldn't be any happier! Thanks a lot Ron, Richard H

We have always had excellent service at The Honda Store. Bob Suchy has always been our sales person and there can't be any better than Bob! Also the service department are always quick and good service. All personnel at the Honda Store are always very respectful,, including the operator.. We enjoy coming to the Store.

Best Car Experience EVER!!!
We came in to look at leasing a new car or purchasing a used car - really just looking at our options. We met Dion Dellibovi and seriously have had the best experience. Not only was he really listening to our needs and concerns but with the help of Michelle (the sales manager) we got a deal better than we could have ever imagined. If you are interested in working with someone that is really willing to go above and beyond in helping his customers Dion is your guy. We will never go anywhere else or have another salesman. BEST DAY EVER!

Honda Accord
Met with Ron a few days earlier and came back to negotiate. Ron is very easy to work with and listens well. I had very little time to go over Accord upon delivery so he touched on the important points which included pairing my phone.

Excellent service, everything was explained to me!! There are a lot of features, it can be overwhelming but it is very nice to have someone to talk to and I was assured I could come back for questions. Ron Miokovic helped me out today!

Honda Holidays
Ordinarily, I do not find purchasing a vehicle to be an enjoyable experience. After visiting a few other dealers, I contacted The Honda Store and made an appointment with Todd. My wife and I took a test drive and then sat with Todd and told him we liked the vehicle and what we wanted to have our payments to be and what we wanted on our trade-in. Within 30 minutes Todd had put together a deal that what good for both parties. Along with that, he made us feel like we were sitting with someone who understood what it was like to be on our side of the deal. Friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous through the whole experience, Todd won us over for our next purchase as well as this one. We dealt with Patrick in Finance and felt the same about him. Never pressured and always friendly and very knowledgeable. The Honda Store will be my first stop and probably my only stop the next time we purchase a vehicle. Thanks to everyone there. Good people.

Bad experience At This Dealership.
I recently went there to look at a 2017 Accord LX. This car was listed as new under new inventory on their website but when I showed up, I found out it had 20k miles on it and the car has never been titled. After a few calls and emails with the salesman and the internet personnel, no agreed price was made. After my last recent visit, the car was outside with "DEMO" on the windshield. The salesman comes outside and said the car was sold and they're picking it up Monday. I left and a few minutes later, I called the internet sales department of the dealership and I asked if the car was for sale and he says yes it is. I asked how much and he told me. He then says, "Are you the gentleman I spoke with a few days ago?" I say "Yes Sir I am." He says "We already had this conversation the other day," and then hangs up the phone. If a car is sold then don't have it sitting out front of your lot with the word "DEMO" on it. That's a sad way to treat somebody who wants to buy a car. Very rude and very unprofessional. I'll never go here for anything or recommend this dealership for a new or used car or any kind of service.
