Inquired about a price on a used van to several sales people at different times. They all gave me the runaround trying to get me to come in and make a... deal. I live about 40 min away from their location and not going to drive that far something that might be in my price range. Shady very shady!
Took Jeep Cherokee in twice for the same repair. Rattling sound in moon roof. We were told whole new moon roof was installed. Hard to believe as it... still rattles. So annoying! Nice place to buy a car just hope you don't need repairs.
Brian Glasper was a wonderful salesman. He took his time with us, made sure we were comfortable and met our needs. We have purchased several cars in the... past from other dealerships and we feel that Brian worked the hardest for us and had such a wonderful attitude. Great experience!

I have tooken my truck in three diffrent times for the same thing at this dealership and everytime they of coirse dont fix the problem i take my truck... to a diffrent dealer and within one day they find the problem i will not take my vehicle here anymore
We drove an hour to see a vehicle they said was there. Then we were told it was sold when we got there. Our rep did not show for the appointment and... they were not prepared to help us. They couldn't find the keys and after several minutes of waiting, they said so the vehicle was sold. Sorry about that. They tried to sell us a vehicle more expensive. The vehicle says flawless but we were told there are several scratches and some dents. That's not flawless. As we were back on the road home disappointed at the lack of respect we just received, they called and said oops, it wasn't sold, would you like to come back and see it. Needless to say we did not turn around. Truly disrespected at the lack of caring they showed for lying directly to us multiple times. Nice Business Ethics!
was sent an email about a price drop on a car I inquired about, called to confirm it was still there, Madison says yes it is, let me schedule an appt.... even sent me an email to confirm appt. told her we were an hour away. get there, Madison no where to be found, take to a desk 10 minutes later John comes with a target gift card and then says I hate to bring bad news, but the car was sold this morning. no, I just called and you confirmed it was here. oh but I do have comparable ones on the lot. NOT! we left. they think a gift card is going to make it all better. if they would have been honest in the beginning, they might have sold a car that day. never going back
Called Lisa about availability of a car online at 10:00am. She checked and said, yes was here. Arrived 20 minutes later and no car but had others. Lisa... was nowhere to be found and salesman was clueless. Lisa wasted an hour and half of our time with this bait and switch trick. Business must be horrible to pull that trick but in dealing with this business, I see why the low rating. Avoid this business.
I wanted to purchase a car from this dealership and tried to negotiate through email because this is the way I choose to do business but they would not... work with me. We live in a time when I can purchase anything on line except a car from Progressive.
One star is two stars too many! Took my Sprinter into Progressive Dodge for a required air bag recall. While there an incompetent service manager mercilessly... cranked and cranked my February cold DIESEL Sprinter prior to the glow plugs cycling...HARMFUL to any DIESEL and the glow plugs. His explanation was that he didn't "know" it was a diesel. However, ALL Sprinters are diesels. This is common knowledge any service manager at any authorized dealership should possess...IDIOT! No trust earned here...by the way, replacing glow plugs are over a grand. I can't undo my Sprinter's mistreatment...but I can warn you!
