Not a Trustworthy Dealership

Beware of this dealership as they are extremely fraudulent. I recently took my Jeep Cherokee in for a recall repair. Upon the completion of the repair I received a phone call from service department representative Kane Medley informing me that I need nearly $1,000 worth of work to the vehicle. The report of recommended work included items that were just completed 3 days prior during an oil change. He also stated that it was "urgent" I replace my oil pan gasket due to a serious leak despite no leaking oil and no loss of oil in the car. Additionally the car was returned to me with the check engine light on which was not on prior to this service visit. After multiple unhelpful conversations via text and phone call I was finally able to have them look at the car again to find that they had conveniently forgotten to plug several plugs back in after the recall work was completed. After this horrible experience dealing with one rude employee after another, I was ready to put the whole thing behind me when I received a text from the dealership asking to complete the satisfaction survey which I never received. I responded by asking for the survey to be resent because I would love to provide my feedback. Within a few minutes I received a text back saying that I was ineligible for the survey. This dealership is censoring feedback to make themselves look better while they are scamming customers. Absolutely do not trust them with your vehicle.

Damaged my brand new truck, 2 months later and 2

Damaged my brand new truck, 2 months later and 2 attempts, can't fix the door panel. parts dept ordered the wrong panel the first time, then tried to patch it up because they can't figure out the trim on my truck. now its loose and flopping around.

Avoid Progressive

Progressive ripped me off 138.00 for a fake diagnosis. Tried to get another 1000.00 for a repair that wasn't needed. Shady and crooked. All three of the people I dealt with were in on it including Tim Sanders the owner. Beware

Went in with my aunt to help her purchase a new vehicle, Allan literally made absolutely $0 on our deal to get my aunt exactly what she needed. And still took the time to show her absolutely everything on the vehicle and how to use it. They all went above and beyond and highly recommended him.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in car shopping. Made an appointment, parking was nonexistent for customers, everyone was surprised when I showed up and had no idea who I was there to see, they blocked prices on lines and failed to mention dealer markups before I drove over an hour to see them, then kept shifting $1000 back and forth between my trade and car price thinking that would mask the fact that their offer sucked in comparison to everyone else. Very disappointing and felt bad for my sales guy, Elijah, that the sales managers were willing to lose a sale over a difference of less than $1-2k. I know my trade is loaded and worth more, especially in this used car market. I do a lot of research g and they lowballed my estimates from KBB and Edmunds and were not willing to work with me to make a sale that night.

Pushy

Stop shoving those 30k mile repair papers in ppls face. I will never go back there for anything. Very sketchy, red flags. My tire pressure was clear up to 42 psi and should have been 33psi on front and 36 in the back.

Very dishonest and manipulative

Sales team should be more honest. I was told I got approved for one rate, and then was told if I purchased a warranty I could have a lower rate, that should have been offered to me from the start.

They'll waste your time.

Extremely poor management. They took our down payment for a car that was no longer on their lot. Said it had already been sold without their knowledge.
