Had an emergency situation with a tire on a Saturday

Had an emergency situation with a tire on a Saturday morning and the service manager immediately got me in and fixed the problem. It was a life saver for me. Progressive Chrysler Jeep will always have me as a customer.

Great experience and service at Progressive.

Great experience and service at Progressive. Jacob and Brian were very helpful. Shown great options that really fit what I was looking for and ultimately what I wanted. Landri was patient and accommodated to all my questions. Overall, great experience.

We were super interested in a vehicle on their lot;

We were super interested in a vehicle on their lot; however, they were super reluctant to answer any questions over the phone or give any additional details about the car without us physically going there. After explaining we were from out of state, the salesperson still would not provide any additional information. After speaking with another person from their sales department, who did end up providing additional information, they would take an entire day to get back with us, just wasting our time.

They advertise on Cars.

They advertise on Cars.com for what reason. They only want to deal with local people. I am over 200 miles away, they refused to work with me. I tried to get them to hold the vehicle while I drove 225 to look at it but they refused. I tried to deal through the net and have it picked up again they just ignored my text. They still kept writing me asking when I was stopping in but refused to work with my distance. Not cooperative at all, I was willing to put a deposit but that was ignored. I asked for a manager again that was ignored. Why advertise on a nationwide search site but refuse anyone not local that can hand you cash.

I’m so thankful for Jacob at this dealership!

I’m so thankful for Jacob at this dealership! I came previously and he helped me and was so patient I didn’t make a purchase at that time but I took his card.. 6 months later came to find him and he worked his magic to get a car where I needed it to be! Absolutely loved Progressive and would recommend!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!! THEY SELL LEMONS!!! I bought my Jeep Wrangler from here and three days later I noticed my rear defrost wasn't working. I could see where they used electrical tape to "fix" the cord. I called and scheduled to have it serviced and the day I took it in, the heated steering wheel stopped working. They kept my car for a week and a half to repair. They replaced my steering wheel and rear window. A week after getting my car back, I was driving down the highway and my sun visor fell out and hit me in the face. It had been glued in as a cheap "fix." Checked and found the passenger side was also broken. I texted the service team and emailed Connor Moyer, the sales rep I purchased from, that day and heard nothing back. Called Service two days later and spoke with the tech, Kevin, and was scheduled to have my visors fixed, but was told I needed to clear it with the Sales to ensure they would cover the costs. I called Connor after speaking with Kevin and left a voicemail. Still nothing. Two days later, my car turns off suddenly while driving. Later that day it won't start. Called to speak with the sales manager and left a message for Dean. Still nothing. Called Saturday and was told by the secretary, "you won't get a sales manager on the phone on a Saturday; people on the sales floor take priority over phone calls." Was told I needed to go in to speak with someone. The day of my appointment, Kevin called and told me he spoke with Sales and they would be, "nice," and cover half of the cost to fix my visors, since it was over the 30 days since purchase. He told me that Connor had been on vacation - without an away message up on his voicemail or email, which is why I didn't hear back. So, I reached out and got the run around so that the thirty days would be up and they wouldn't have to cover the costs. Thirty days where I didn't have my car at least eight of those days, and was ignored for seven. Also a side note, my car hadn't been detailed when I purchased it as Connor had explained the guy that did the detailing was on vacation and I didn't receive my vehicle until after closing. He told me they would have it detailed when I came back for my spare key that was being made. When I picked my car up from having the window/steering wheel fixed, I was told, "they said they detailed it before you bought it." Then explain why I found dirty kitchen utensils, gum, and pens that weren't mine under the seats. Horrible experience. STAY AWAY!!!

Had an issue with our jeep we purchased from another non

Had an issue with our jeep we purchased from another non jeep dealership in October. Kevin was able to get us in the next day and kept us informed about any problems and issues. Didn’t expect to have what we did, but they made repairs in reasonable amount of time and did an excellent job. Thank you Kevin for your help!!
