Just purchased our 2nd car from Mazda at Wooster.

Just purchased our 2nd car from Mazda at Wooster. The sales staff is the best! They are attentive but not pushy. The department feels welcoming and supportive. New vehicles are packed with technology and I needed a lot of extra training on how to use it. I’m so grateful to Kennedy for her willingness to dedicate the time and energy needed for me to feel comfortable with the system. She encouraged me to call her anytime and I have! A shout out goes to Rick, Ryan and David for their time and assistance in making the deal happen. Also want to send a sincere thank you to Melanie and staff in the Service Department for the excellent service on our first Mazda over the past 4 years.

Rude sales representative.

Rude sales representative. I was working with Erin and a male sales rep. Tried to sell me a piece of crap car and used a phoney picture of the car to advertise. No Thank you.

Avoid

Shoddy work, 3 different repairs 7 visits. Mechanics are unskillled. I have the paper work to prove it. But thanks to youtube i dont get price gouged an silly explanations for thier mess. Untrustworthy.

Car owner

$81.00 For a $45.00 simple oil change. They lost my business. I should have asked for a quote. The girls in the service department were great and very polite.

Excellent experience all around

Chris in sales was a pro and Tyler the finance guy was a big help. I highly recommend this dealership. I was referred by a previous customer and it was worth the 50 minute drive.

Bmw 335i xdrive

Very very friendly dealership. Not pushy whatsoever, and were upfront and honest with me. Test drive was thorough, and covered more than just a simple down the road and back. Tom our salesman, was very helpful and thorough with the test drive. Would definitely recommend a visit.

DISAPPOINTED .... no follow up

I purchased a Benz from them a year ago ... I have the Concierge service package because it seemed like a good deal at the time. However, hindsight ... it takes a half tank of premium gas for them to pick up & return the car, the carpet inside was FILTHY from the shoes of the driver, and it took an ENTIRE DAY because the "70k service light was on" - but they just checked everything & changed the oil AGAIN. Never mind that I'd just had it changed 2k miles back ... absolutely ridiculous. Then $50 to look at a door handle, to get a price of $550 to fix! really? Waste of a day. Now I'm trying to trade it in because I don't want to deal with them anymore, and I can't get anyone to help me get out of my "extended warranty" that I purchased separately & should be able to get some of my money back. I've called and emailed, they even gave me a third party to call on my own, wrong number too! Very disappointed.

Easy peasy x 2

Purchased two 2017 Mazda CX3's. Darren and Rick were wonderful to work with and made the experience easy and convenient with my schedule. The one issue that arose (not their fault) was quickly resolved. They found the cars in the colors and options needed and I have two very happy daughters. Thank you Mazda of Wooster!!

Outstanding Service

My wife and I just brought home a new Mazda 6. This is the second car we've purchased from Mazda of Wooster, but our first leasing experience. Tom Davis did an excellent job answering our questions and making sure we got the best possible deal. Rick Priest also went above and beyond for us making sure we got every rebate and incentive. I can't say enough good things about our shopping and buying experience.
