I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I contacted their customer service representative and she was very nice, however I was not impressed... with the way the sales manager handled the situation. I felt he down played the situation, and tired to make it not as big of a deal of what it actually was.
I had some initial issues when purchasing a used Pilot. After some communications back and forth, they went way beyond what other dealerships would ever... consider and made right on all issues! I am very appreciative of what College Hills Honda did for me and my family and highly recommend purchasing from them! Thank you College Hills Honda!
Went to purchase a car from them, they were sweet as pie at this time. When it came time to discuss pricing they told me there was absolutely no way that... they could move off of the price on the window. Finally negotiated the deal, but they couldn't finalize the deal until the next day. we agreed on a price and trade in price. The following day a different person in finance couldn't figure out the difference that was showing based on numbers agreed upon the night before...THAT'S BECAUSE THE LOWERED THE VALUE OF THE TRADE WITHOUT TELLING US! We finally worked through this (should have realized they weren't the right people to deal with at that time) and purchased the vehicle. On the trip home noticed the car had a shake in the steering wheel, called in the next day...after being put off for multiple calls they finally told me they couldn't do anything about it...the warrantee is power train only. Completely turned their backs on us. Would have been understandable if this had happened months after the fact...NOT AN HOUR! Completely disappointed with this dealer! Could have overlooked everything if they had just acted in a way that any reputable customer service company would have acted and serviced the car. WOULD NEVER BUY FROM COLLEGE HILLS HONDA AGAIN!
