i had good experience with this dealership. The sales person (Dan) explained the main features of the car very patiently and helped me setting up the phone... connection.
Bought my truck brand new paid for extended warranty (8years) has the truck undercoated and my shock covers were falling down off the bilsteins exposing... the cylinder of the shock. Which would cause it to be junk due to dirt and road salt getting inside the shock. The service department is a joke. They aren’t there for you at all. They will xxxx you over to no end. When I bought the truck they were nice but as soon as they get your cash they are not your friend anymore. What a joke of a dealership. Never buy there again. They don’t hold to their word and will never do anything extra for you. They give themselves a bad reputation. Also they are very rude on the phone and to your face. Find your Toyota or Volkswagen somewhere else
customer service very helpful, eager to sell a car and what detailing the car was put through to get ready to sell. i felt they were honest and presented... all i needed to know
The purchase of the vehicle went fine. Was told I should recieved the title in the mail in about 30-45 days. Called the dealership at about the 30-35... day mark and was told that the title should go out the next day (friday) or monday. After the 45 day mark I still did not receive the title so I called the dealership. Despite my correct address being on the purchase paperwork as well as the trade in paperwork they sent the title to the wrong address. 50 Days later still no title. Was for the most part told by the person that handles tiles for the dealership "sorry that was my fault but there is nothing I can do about it now because the vehicle is in your name." Now it's up to me to get a duplicate title issued.
Just don't do it. Worst service department I have ever seen. I still have nothing but trouble with the car. They keep trying to charge for things they... should have already done. #Clueless
Stopped in at this dealership last week for an estimate on repair. Told part will be ordered and delivered in time for repair today. After taking three... hours off of work, dropping off my car and leaving for an hour, I return to be told that they were just about to call me and tell me to part didn't arrive. The response? When would you like to come back sir? No preparation, no professionalism, no service were done. Absolutely no attempt to take care of the customer and offer anything in return for lost time at work and ultimately no repair on a VW. Very very disappointing customer service.
My wife and I test drove a new vehicle with Jim. We appreciated that Jim was very personable and did not pressure us. Although we ended up buying a low... miles used car from another dealer, we really appreciated how we were treated at Toyota/Volkswagon.
Very friendly Environment!!!!!! Loved the entire process from start to finish!!!! From the time I walked in, till the time I left, these people were Knowledgeable,... always friendly, and never once throughout the buying experience, did I feel pressured. If you're looking for a great buying experience, look no further! This is a place where Brousers are welcome, and buyers are adored!!!!!!
My sales lady Kimberlee was very helpful and accommodating. I never felt like a scam was going on behind my back and everything felt straight forward and... upfront. I really liked how a lot of the customers in the waiting room of the service department would talk to the employee, and the employees would answer the customers by name. It really seemed like they had a good relationship with thier customers. The owner personally worked with me through some of the biuying process and he took a geniune interest in helping me in purchasing my truck.
The finance department completely mishandled a routine lease buyout recently. After several calls to Volswagen Credit and my local credit union, I got... people involved that could walk the finance manager through the steps necessary to complete the transaction. Ellen W., the finance manager, continued to make excuses and her passive aggressive behavior throughout the process. After checking and rechecking that I had all necessary paperwork prior to a one hour drive to hand deliver the payoff check and latter of credit to Ellen, she suggested there was some form still missing. I insisted she talk to the credit union and managed to get the dealship forms signed to (hopefully) complete our business. After 16 years with Volkswagen of Wooster, I will be going to a Columbus dealership for future Volkswagen business.
