    I have never written a review on anything, but I felt the need to review this dealership just as a warning to others. My husband and I were looking to... purchase a new car. After emailing and texting all day with the internet sales team, they sent me their exclusive internet price, which was about $3,000 cheaper than the price listed online. My husband and I, of course, liked the price and wanted to purchase the vehicle. My husband went in the next day, met with a salesman and had him run numbers for our approx monthly payments. When looking through the numbers we saw that they added $3,000 in “accessories” and transportation fees. None of this was told to us while communicating with the internet team, she in fact seemed just as “surprised” as us as to what this was. Long story short they run a scam with the internet pricing to get you in the door and then attach the fees to get the original pricing. I would have actually considered working with them if they would have just been honest and upfront about these fees in the beginning, so with that I told my husband to leave. The sales manager, who I was told would come speak to us, never did, instead met with a group in his office and then sent his salesman to talk to us. The internet team kept telling me (of course after we were at the dealership) the eprice was a quote, And that did not include fees and taxes. I completely understand taxes and factored that in but the fees was just something they added in. Throughout the buying process with this dealership, I kept catching them in lies, which I truly can’t stand. I’ve bought plenty of cars throughout my life, new and used, and I have never experienced something like this.

    I scheduled an appointment for test drive, vehicle was in great condition. I was ready to purchase vehicle. Sales representative came with out of door... price, it was over $18,900. they added $1500 maintenance fees plus $495 dealer fee.. Maintenance fee was engine oil change, transmission oil change , brake inspection, detailing ... Nothing was mentioned when I called to schedule an appointment. I don't understand why customer need to pay for all service dealership done to their vehicle..

    I contacted this dealer about a specific car that was advertised on Cars.com. The dealer contacted me back quickly and was friendly. They said the car... was in the shop, but they would get it back in time to see it that evening. Right before I was planning to leave, the dealer contacted me and said the vehicle was still in the shop. No problem - I made an appointment to see it one week later. When the appointment day arrived, I received two different forms of appointment confirmations. Great! When I texted the dealer that we would be there shortly, the dealer texted back and said the car was still in the shop, but they would get it back before the end of the day. Long story short, they did not. I ended up buying from another dealer. While this dealer was friendly, their communication with their shop was incredibly poor, and the dealer was not very attentive to my time or convenience by allowing automated appointment confirmation messages to come through even though the car I was scheduled to see was still not there.

    As I sit to write this review I have to remind myself that professionalism is a must – no matter how difficult it is. We found a car on Cargurus website... which was located at Jeff Wyler Honda. We drove up on a Saturday afternoon to look over and test drive the car. We were greeted by a salesman (I will not name drop) who was nice enough to us – not overly enthusiastic but polite. We took the car for a test drive, looked it over, and thanked him for his time. He gave us his business card and asked for my name and number. He told me he would call me on Monday to follow up. Monday comes around and we decide that we would like to negotiate a deal on the car – I called the salesman and told him my offer – he told me he would relay the information to his “sales manager” (I use this term very loosely but will withhold his true description) – a bit of back and forth with text messages and we agreed to a deal to purchase the car. He asked me when we would like to come in – told him that we would be in the next day but that he could go ahead and get the purchase agreement together and fax everything to our local bank. He told me this would be fine and we agreed to a meet time the next day to complete the sale. I decided to follow up in the morning to make sure documentation had been faxed to our banker so this transaction would be smooth – all she needed was the purchase agreement and the VIN number. I called the bank to verify receipt of the fax – banker informed me that it had not been received. I messaged our salesman and advised him that no documents had been faxed – he messaged back and told me that they had tried to fax the document but that it hadn’t gone through (this was the first outright lie)– keep in mind that they had the rest of the day after we reached out deal to get this done – he had assured me that they would get the fax taken care of before my lunch hour so I could get to the bank, sign the paperwork, and get the check for the car. Called the dealership and expressed my concerns that no information had been faxed to my banker – lady assured me that she would have the sales manager get everything sent (lie # 2) – another call to my banker only to find out that the information still had not been sent. I messaged my salesman and told him that I was on the way to the bank and that all they had to do was fax the purchase agreement – he assured me he had two people working to get this done (yet another lie) – I get to the bank and no paperwork had been faxed – at this point I look like a complete idiot after multiple calls and a visit to the bank. I called my salesman and informed him that they still had not sent the paperwork and that my lunch hour had been wasted. I made arrangements with my employer to go back to the bank once the paperwork was sent – the next message I got from the salesman informed me that the car had been moved to another dealership and they would know later in the day if the car was sold. At this point I’m ticked off – they spent all day lying to me, had me calling them and my banker, and a wasted trip to tell me this. I called and spoke with the sleaze ball sales manager who informed me that they don’t hold cars without money or paperwork. I asked him why I was not told this as I would have been happy to come up and sign for the car – this idiot had no response to me other than they don’t hold cars. I reminded him of the deal we made to which he gave the same excuse. I asked him if our deal meant anything to him and asked him if he thought this dirty, underhanded trick was an acceptable way to do business – of course he had no answer. I told him that we had a deal and was told the set appointment was ok to complete the sale of the car – this dirtbag could have cared less. I have never been treated this way in the course of buying a car. The saddest part is that the other manager I spoke with also had no answer when I asked her the same question. Stay far away from these liars

    I took my 2014 Odyssey to Jeff Wyler Honda for noise in front end. They quickly located a bad axle, replaced it and I was on my way in no time. We... buy Hondas for reliability, safety. We choose Jeff Wyler because of their excellent Service Dept. Brandon Lach and Kyle Bales run a top notch crew of mechanics and parts department!

    Best car buying experience ever Chris and Braxton are over the top will buy again just because of these two.The whole team they have is above and beyond... they will get you approved the financial guy at the end will make sure you know anything a d everything and explain the whole signing best one I have ever bought from this is probably my 23 or 24th car I have owned and by far the best civic sport touring 2.0 this car is clean gray gas milage and is fast
