Amazing service!

Amazing service! Great experience! I put a inquiry in about a tahoe.. didn't know if It would be possible for me to get it because (no established credit). My salesman (jeff handy) got ahold of me and within 2 days, all over text and emails. he got me approved and driving away with my new tahoe!.. 100% effortless, stress free and painless!! Very very grateful for jeff handy and the finance team for the tips!! I would definitely recommend 10/10. Ask for jeff!

The Salesperson and Finance Team were very good.

The Salesperson and Finance Team were very good. After purchase, my BMW would not pass state inspection due to a cracked right rear wheel. After some time, they did send me a new wheel...but during the process it was discovered that the dealership had put the incorrect tires on the car. They highlighted the fact that they had put new tires on it during the sales process, but they failed to mention that the front tires were not run flats but the rear tires were. This car does not come with a spare, so all four tires need to be run flats. It cost me over $600 to get this corrected. Several calls to the Sales Manager (Marcus) have gone unanswered so that appears to be an additional unexpected expense. This was not a question I thought I needed to ask, so lesson learned.

We loved this car shopping experience. Price was spot on and below market value. We were happy and did not have to discuss lowering the price. They gave us more than a fair deal on our trade in. Our sales person was Josh Stamps and he was a pleasure to work with. Everyone we interacted with was a pleasure and they know how to make the dreaded car shopping experience enjoyable.
