    i was having my car service for the first time. don explained what he thought was the problem. he asked me if i wanted to wait on the car or to go home as it probably would take about 2 hours. i said i would perfer to go home.he said that one of his drivers would be happy to take me. i was pleased. he said he would call me when he was done finding the problem he called 2 hours later. he said it was what he said was wrong and would it be ok if he kept it overnight because he had to order the parts and couldn't get them til morning. i told him yes. he said it would be ready before lunch. and it was. i needed a ride back to get my car and so he once again sent a driver to get me to get my car. he explained what what was wrong and how he fixed it. he was so nice and curteous. i will definitely go back there if and when i need service for my car. everyone was so nice

    First they could not find my appointment, but they finally got me in, second after the repairs were made on my door latches one of the caps covering the screw holding the door handle was broken and not replaced which now I have to take more time to go over and have it replaced, third the mechanic must have just finished with an oil change before he got to my car because there was oily hand prints all over the inside of my windows that I had to wash three times to get clean.

    I purchased a 2016 F150 XLT Supercab. About the only thing I can say positive is the facility is nice & clean, Ashley from the internet sales staff was nice and they have a good selection of vehicles. They won't disclose online, but every truck is tagged with an additional $400 for a drop in bedliner and $300 for wheel well liners. Neither are removable if you don't want them. So plan on +$700 of the stated online price. I chose a truck with a factory spray in liner and avoided $400 mark up for the drop in. I arrived at the dealership at 11:45am. Ashley was prepared and had the trucks I wanted to look at out front. She even pulled another around so I could compare side by side. I chose a truck about 12:15pm. I started driving home at 6:15pm. Yes, 6 hours later. I asked for my tires to be swapped from my trade in 2013 (I stated this the day before) and requested a trailer brake controller to be installed. The brake control takes 15 minutes to install and was confirmed to me to be a 15 min job by multiple people. I'm also an auto technician and know the time it takes to mount tires as I did the job on my 2013. The first time I was told it would be a half hour was about 2:30pm. At 5pm, I agreed to take a loaner vehicle so I could get something to eat. I WAS GIVEN MY OWN OLD TRUCK!! Yep, I was given the keys to my 2013 that already had the tires swapped over and the used vehicle stickers put in the window. I was also sent the review of my buying experience before I even had the truck (got it at 4pm while I didn't leave till 6pm). To be fair, the sales staff wasn't at fault. Ashley tried. But the service department is the problem, bordering on incompetent. How do you miss the ETA of a job by 3+ hours. If you buy here, don't plan on taking the car the same day. I've swapped engines in cars in less time than it took them to swap tires and plug in 1 electrical connector and flip a bit in software (brake control) and wash the truck. Adding insult to injury and further confirming the service staff has absolutely zero attention to detail, the service tech left the valve caps off my brand new chrome wheels and didn't air the tires up to the proper pressure. So I had to put air in the tires of my brand new vehicle 15 minutes after owning it.
