Our experience from at Kasper from beginning to end was perfect. We made a deal for the vehicle we wanted over online chat one day and drove from Colu...mbus to purchase the car the next day. I recenty totaled by Camry by hitting a dear. I was pressed into needing to buy a new Camry before I wanted to because of this. I really love my new... 2018 Camry though! In a way I am happy this happened because I got to get a new car out of it. The guys at Kasper took good care of me and gave me a really good deal! I will come back to them again.

Do not buy a used car from here, their "lifetime warranty" doesn't mean anything, my wife and I bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee limited from here, f...or a year we have complained about a rear end noise, did everything they told us to do from warranty company replaced shocks, new tires, new brakes, nothing was ever done. When they finally tell us they'll fix it but now our warranty is conveniently void because of a missed coolant flush which was never offered, we had done everything they asked us to do, but come time for the most expensive repair needing done, all of a sudden warranty is void.

Been here over 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Last time. I bought a maintenance plan and they want ridiculous documentation to get out... of it. Certified and notorized odometer reading when it is setting right in front of them. I will eat the rest of the maintenance. On top of that they close from 12 to 1 for lunch. Worst service ever.
