    My purchase could not have gone better! I was pleased from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. They treated me and my husband like family.     Was looking for a car. This place was unwilling to help. Tried to put me into a car I could not afford. I told them the lowest payment I could do is $150 a month and tried to put me into a car that was $250 a month with $500 down. Then wouldn't work with me on down payment. I had $250 to give them and they told me they needed the whole $500 down.Worst experience of my life. Will not be going to any Kasper dealerships.

    It is certainly our intention to get each and every person approved for a car loan, however, Kasper Toyota does not lend money and we are bound by lender guidelines when it comes to the terms of an automobile loan. The lenders review each customers credit situation on a case-by-case basis and make the appropriate decision on what is required for loan approval. In this case, this was what the lender guidelines stipulated. We find it unfortunate that you feel the way you do and that you will not return to Kasper in the future. Please contact us directly and we can discuss this further. We work hard to secure financing every customer but unfortunately in your case it did not work out.     Bought my second car from this store and have had nothing but a great experience. Went to them because they had the most cars that I had interest in. I got a great deal and everyone was very helpful. I recommend the dealership highly.

    Been here over 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Last time. I bought a maintenance plan and they want ridiculous documentation to get out of it. Certified and notorized odometer reading when it is setting right in front of them. I will eat the rest of the maintenance. On top of that they close from 12 to 1 for lunch. Worst service ever.

    Just bought a vehicle from Kasper. First time we have ever dealt with Kasper. By far the best car buying experience we have had. Ben Sosa was our salesman. Very honest and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Kasper. When we are in the market for another vehicle, we will be back.

    The personnel are very friendly and professional, they know the maintenance that needs to be done and whether the recalls are complete. They help with coupons and any questions I have. The service is done efficiently and in a timely manner and they even wash the car. While you wait, you can have coffee and donuts, watch the news or work at a desk. They seem to be on schedule and do not make you wait.

    i texted matt about the red chevy van they had on line and asked him about trading my 1998 saturn for the van he said he would have to see the car so i drove 50 mi and when i got there the young man asked me if i needed and help and i told him that i had texted matt about the van and he said that he just got a dodge van in so we went to look at it not for me,so he went in side to get some keys for the van and when he came out he wanted to look at my car so we did and when he asked about the mi a said 217,000 and then he said we have a hard time selling cars with that many mi its like he did not care about the shape of the car or that i replaced most of the parts so sorry to say that was i wast of my time thanks for nothing.

Sometimes the numbers do not work out and we have to part company without making a deal. In good faith, we had you bring your car in for an on-site inspection and appraisal. The last thing we want to do is over-promise and under-delivery by giving unrealistic sight-unseen trade values over the phone/text. It is unfortunate you feel you had a poor experience and we would like to hear from you regarding this matter.
