found an Avalanche online. Drove an hour to get there, they new I was coming as I spoke to Kaitlyn. She told me to contact Rob. when I got there I spoke... to a subject who said Rob was in a meeting and that he would tell me to deal with him anyway. I proceeded to tell him that I was up to look at the red 2008 Avalanche which he couldn't find at first. Didn't want to show me it for some reason. when I inquired about the others they had he acted like he didn't want to sell me a car. didn't try to figure out how he could help me. I left I went over to the other used lot at the main dealership. 3 gentlemen standing outside of office. I made the comment which one of them was going to give me the best deal. none of them answered. I proceeded to tell them what I was looking for, one of them actually walked away. Again didn't seem like they wanted to even try and sell me a vehicle. what a waist of my time and gas..
I leased a for fusion 3 yrs ago and have been extremely pleased with it. My lease was up for renewal and I got a 2015 1/27/15. My sales person is normally... Dakota Huddleston. Due to a family emergency he was not there. I dealt with Arron (head of sales) and Bethany. Arron really gave me a deal and Bethany was the one who showed me the features etc. of my new vehicle. Both of them was very professional, courteous, and most of all very helpful. All three of them deserve a BIG atta-boy award. Am so looking forward for the next 3 years with my new car. I have dealt with Grahams since 2007 and have also got the best deals and concern from them. In the past I bought 5 new jeeps from them. Was sad to learn Grahams no longer had the jeep franchise. As long as I continue to get such great service (and I know I will), my car dealings will be at Grahams. JUST LOVE THE 2015!!!!!!!!!

The service center was outrageously over pricing when given my estimate for a repair. The workers were rude, and the wait time was ridiculous!! Almost... 2 and a half hours of sitting just for them to look at my car to tell me what they thought was wrong and what obsurd price they would charge. After refusing and waiting for my car and keys to leave, which was another 15 or so min, I had to pay almost $50 just for the service of looking at it. NO THANK U AND I WON'T BE REFERRING ANYONE THERE FOR SERVICE OR TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. too many issues in such a short amount of time of having my car, that no way, should have already been going on!!
Tim Sexton is an awesome sales member of your team. We met about 2 years ago when he assisted with my 2015 Malibu lease. He takes his time, he explains,... and he never makes me feel like I have to do something right now. He is knowledgeable and makes me feel like he is making the best deal around. He is a blessing on your staff.
Visit was for a recall which was corrected. Asked to investigate a rattle which they said was a license plate loose. After leaving the dealership the... rattle was still present and not taken care of, seems to be coming from inside the dash. Not worth making another appointment, just an irritant. On a different note, the woman representative at the service desk was more congenial then the staff in prior visits.

I have purchased used vehicles before but NEVER sight unseen. so my sales guy dave streeter used FaceTime to show me the car and answer any questions i... had. he even helped me with the shipping to georgia. he has continued to contact me to make sure i am enjoying it. great experience.
