    We researched available vehicles on mmgauto.com before we went to the showroom. We we're trying to decide between two Honda models. This was our second experience working with Mike Carroll. And, again, he was so helpful in answering our questions and showing us the pros and cons of each model. He helped us through each step of the buying process and was very patient with us. He knows his business and he is always professional and yet he put us at ease through the whole process. We were able to come to the right decision and are extremely happy with our new CR-V. Thanks, Mike!

    AJ was terrific! I went in for the sole purpose of looking over some new Hondas to see what I would most likely want as a replacement for my Honda Fit. I wanted something a little bigger and more substantial since I make a very long drive once or twice a year. AJ came out to talk to me. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and was helpful without being pushy. After deciding what model I thought would be best for me AJ gave me some figures and I told him I would consider then and get back to him. Then Mike came over to offer a little sweetening to the deal and I decided to go for it. Bought a new HRV that day. The only really tedious part was all the paperwork that goes along with it. The lady handling it was great but still...... you know what paperwork is. The thing I liked best was when I was ready to take my new car home AJ came out and programmed my phone into the Bluetooth accessory and helped me get started with some 'quick dial' numbers. That was great! Technology is not my strong point and he was exceedingly helpful. Made some new friends there that day! Very good experience.

    Dropped the car off at 9am and A two hour repair turned into overnight the reason "they forgot to call when the repair was finished". After driving home I also discovered foot prints and dirt on my rear seats. I will find another company for future repairs/purchases

    Oscar Nichols always takes care of my car and me when it needs service. He goes over and beyond to pick me up and text after to make sure all is well, even on Sundays! When Oscar was at a meeting, Scott Robles stepped up to the plate and made sure my car was returned so that I could make it to my job on time! He really did the job! Thanks you Oscar and Scott!

    I live in North Carolina and found "my car" at MMG on a couple of different web sites. I sent in a generic request for information and got back a response that the car was perfect! I then started an email conversation with a representative at which point Oscar got involved and the first thing he did was be open and honest! He informed me that the car was not in fact perfect, it did have a couple of blemishes. At my request he sent me pictures of the blemishes and we went from there. The entire experience was top notch. My son and I flew in to Cleveland and were greeted with a heart felt smile and a ride back to the hotel in Mansfield, this was at 7pm (we were scheduled to arrive at noon). The dealership closed at 6, Oscar should have been home but he made sure we were taken care of! We were then picked up the next morning and were driven to the dealership and finalized the sale. Oscar introduced my son and I to everyone, he went over the car from top to bottom! Filled it with gas, had it detailed, made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed. Oscar is an absolute asset to MMG, he went above and beyond any and all of our expectations! If I lived in that area MMG would be my car dealer hands down! THANK YOU Oscar, you are the MAN!!!!!
