Be very careful with this dealership! I did a trade in and decided to lease. The dealership owed me $19,000 on the exchange. It has now been 40 days and no check. No title memo. No license plate. Contacted the salesman numerous times and gave him a new address to ship everything to. Says he took care of it. I am now 5 days away from expired plates and currently out $19,000. General Manager is "checking in" to issue and will get back to me tomorrow afternoon.

Caution taking your car here for service.
Caution taking your car here for service. I brought in my GTI to have the timing components serviced. I drove my car in and had to have a wrecker bring it home when they were done. They told me that it "spun a balance shaft" while on the test drive after they were done and there was nothing they could do except replace the whole motor which was around 6,000$. After finally having it looked at independently it was discovered that the balance shaft was definitely seized as well as the guides were destroyed and multiple valves were bent from their test drive. From the looks of it, the technician drove it out of time and with little to no oil in it. I fought them for a couple months over this before I gave up. The kicker, they still charged me for the service around 1,800$

On the phone, I asked if there were anything wrong with the car, if it has been inspected Whoever I talked to said it had been inspected and no issues with it so I made an appointment to come see it. I arrived early so I took a look at it, looking under the car, I noticed that it was leaking oil from rear main seal area, enough to leave a puddle on the ground. I texted the salesman who the first person referred me to and let him know what I found and I was no longer interested. He started to argue with me about it and said that it was not a new car and all used vehicles leak some. I told him I didn’t blame him but if I knew about the major oil leak I wouldn’t have wasted an hour and a half of my time and an extra 35 dollars in fuel to drive there. He somewhat agreed sorta Someone at the dealership didn’t do there job or they just don’t care Buyers beware

Poor workman ship
Very very very poor workman ship all the gaps are widely visible open like door, fender and hook. If you chose this body shop look carefully on the parts that was replaced and they're aren't cheaper either if compare to other shop. I was make a mistake with those 5 start fishing reviews. This is a truly and honestly on my first time writing a review.

Purchased a 2015 VW Golf R from this dealership in April.
Purchased a 2015 VW Golf R from this dealership in April. The car is fine, and the sales experience wasn't terrible. However, I had to call twice to get an update on my plates, since my original salesperson couldn't be bothered to call me back. Here it is, the day my temp tags expire, and I'm told that I wasn't charged for the plates, and it's now on me to go to the DMV and get them myself. P*ss poor laziness on the part of the dealership. Quick to sell you a car, and slow to follow up. All they had to do was admit they screwed up, and we could've gotten it resolved. However, they just "cut and run" and left me holding the bag. Thank you for absolutely nothing. There are far better dealerships to deal with. I recommend that if you're looking for a vehicle, pass these folks by and keep looking. You'll be happy (and relieved) that you did. I would not recommend them to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. I really wish I could give them less than one star. A useless organization without integrity of any sorts.

Customers Mom
Our salesman was very knowledgeable and relatable to the buying experience of a young adult driver. The financing process was very efficient. He was very patient in answering questions.

Cheaters
I took my 2019 Tiguan in for service this morning, they tried to sell me an air filter for 44+ dollars, I told them no, I was able to replace it cheaper. I thought I'd take their word for it and just get another filter myself. I did that, got the new filter home and the old one was barely dirty...any self respecting Tech would NOT have suggested that filter be replaced...they did it just to screw me out of money. I wish I would have never purchased anything from this dealership. I won't be back you can bet on that

Incomplete work is costly
I took my Passat in for repairs due to leaking antifreeze and the temperature alarm signaled. The last time this happened it was the heater core. This time is was just gaskets. I drove my car off the lot and the engine light came on. I had picked my car up at closing. So Monday, I called to return my car for repairs. The clerk told me I couldn't have a courtesy car while they re-evaluated my car. I had to talk to the manager, Stacy, to remedy this. After having my car another week and a half, they repaired the heater core. When I asked about the gaskets they sent me on a wild goose chase of calling the TDI customer service line. After 3 days, the Regional manager called to tell me the gaskets were not related. He also advised me the heater core was evaluated and literally went bad when I pulled my car off the lot. I clarified with him that the last time my heater core went bad everything related was covered. This time Fairfield VW DID NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!! I have used Fairfield VW for 10 years for my previous VW Passat and this Passat. I will not recommend Fairfield VW, I will be going elsewhere for service in the future.
