Ray Perin and his manager at the Hirlinger Chevrolet used car dealership helped my family the night before leaving for vacation. We were in a pinch and needed to luggage rack rails for 2010 Chevy traverse. I stopped in and offered to purchase the rails of a vehicle if there was one with them. They were very kind and let us borrow them to help make our trip possible. You don't see a lot of customer service like this now a days - you could tell they wanted to help and they did!

Nothing but bad experiences through this dealership. First they couldn't find an extended warranty we purchased, then SHOCKER the issue wasn't covered. Not to mention the service staff was less than helpful. We decided to give them a second chance due to convience, but that was a mistake. All we got was headches, hassles and shelling out unnecessary money and a car still not fixed. Do yourself a favor and move on to the next dealership.
