Do not trust this people.

Do not trust this people. They sale used cars with low miles, fresh years like 2023-2024. Cars being previously racked, however carfax is clean. I am talking about cars worth over $50k When you show them proof of privis axedent, they are denying everything. Also there sales people cut toe nails,right infront of the costumers,while they making a deal. What a professional place. 👏

Think twice before trusting your car here

Service technicians aren’t returning my calls to bring my car in for service. Conveniently they can no longer find me in their computer system. I have replaced my car engine with this dealership. I still have a free oil service left. I will be looking for another place to have my car serviced in the future. My car was also damaged while left for service(dented) and they refused to acknowledge it.

Worst experience ever. When I asked questions, the front...

Worst experience ever. When I asked questions, the front desk person told me that, why are you asking same things over and over. As a customer, I do have right to ask questions, cuz iam spending more than 500 bucks from my pocket. I just walked away as my questions weren’t answered.

READY TO GIVE KEYS BACK TO KINGS VW CINCY

Unfortunately, I’m going to have to change my review. We have had nothing but issues with our 2021 Atlas. We’ve got a “smart” suv with inoperable remote start, cruise control, remote lock/unlock/starting (with phone AND remote) and the list goes on. Our initial service (2 weeks after purchase with 0 miles on it), we were informed they’d be keeping my wife’s brand new car for 2 weeks to replace the trim and diagnose the software issues. We were told the cruise control and remote starting features were a KNOWN ISSUE FOR MONTHS. That’d imply we were sold a vehicle that had known manufacturing issues and not a single thing was said to us prior to them making sure we signed that dotted line. I’m currently waiting on a phone call back from Todd (stated he was service manager) hoping they can redeem themselves for this horrid taste we have in our mouth from the purchase of our 1st, and very possibly last, Volkswagen. Update to follow.

Kaitlin is very professional. She made my wife and I feel like part of the VW family from our first visit. She is knowledgeable of the different vehicles and explained the features of the ones we were interested in. She took the time to explain how to activate the many options and told us if we ever had a problem figuring them out in the future she is here to help. Very good experience.

Horrible service. Bought certified pre-owned car less...

Horrible service. Bought certified pre-owned car less than 2 years ago. Broke down. It is the only car in our household. Service said they could not get us in for 2 weeks. When my husband explained the situation, he received 0 understanding. We asked them to look at this issue last august when we were in for an oil change. They refused. my husband explained a few other issues we r had the the gentleman on the phone started being very rude and nasty. You would expect the dealer you bought your certified pre owned car from would want to help any way they can. Extremely unsatisfied.
