    My sales represetative Jesse Kaylor was polite profesional and no high pressure. When I explained to him our limitations on what we could afford he went to work and got us the vehicle and the financing in very short time. The Finance Manager Josh Holston was aslo very polite and professional as well. This was the best experince purchasing a vehicle in long time!

    I called the dealership 3 separate times and spoke with 3 different salesmen because none of them called me back in 2 days time (each occurance). And this was after taking my information each call. So the 4th time I called and asked who I could speak with that would provide me with information and a solid price on a vehicle and my trade. Then not only did they not deal on the price of their vehicle or on my trade, but they came back with an offer that would have resulted in me getting lowest price for my trade, them not coming down in price on their vehicle at all, me paying $3,000 down, and them offering an 82 month payment , which would have ended up in over $3,000 in interest.....so in the end i would have been paying $6,000 more than the vehicle's list price. When I put all the numbers together and realized this, I asked if this was correct?? The response was "I don't know, I don't do numbers and that offer has ended" from the salesman!!!! You are in sales and don't do numbers? I have never come across such a poorly operated dealership.

    Really wish that I could give this dealership a 0 star review. This was hands down the worst dealership experience of my life. The salesman was pushy, rude, and was extremely unprofessional when I asked for some time to think about the purchase. The "finance guy" never spoke to me while I was at the dealer and then texted me (maybe you should talk to customers while they're still there). I never agreed to purchase the vehicle but they ran my credit with several different banks which has significantly impacted my credit. Overall extremely unprofessional, rude, pushy, and the stereotypical "hassle" sale that tries to confuse you with million different "incentives" when half of them don't apply. Glad I was able to escape with just some credit damage and bought a TOYOTA who had me in and out of the dealer with a deal that both sides could be happy with in half the time I spent trying to negotiate at Ford. I ended up paying more for the Toyota but it was worth every dime to be treated how consumers should be.

    I have purchased 5 different cars from Mike Castrucci Ford in Alexandria and my sales professional each time was Jeff Cheser. They know their product, their service department is top shelf and the finance department treated me with respect and dignity. I have stayed with the Ford /Lincoln brand more because of how I was treated at the dealership. Do yourself a favor and come out and see Jeff Cheser in Alexandria .     I regrettably decided to take my car to this service center since it is where I purchased my new 2016 Mustang from. Unfortunately, a number of things went wrong with my experience: The first time I went to pick up my car after getting it repaired I get inside to find a piece of my door broken off and sitting in the cup holder. I go back inside and ask what that was for and a service associate came out and popped the broken piece back on. So that was already a bad first impression with the job they had done on my car. Next, before I drive away, I attempt to check every feature to make sure everything is working, but as I rolled my window up and down there was a loud crunching/clicking sound every time. (Also I was having work done on the bumper and grill, nothing near my door should have even been touched). So I go back in and tell the same associate about the sound my window was making. He tells me they have to keep it another day to get it fixed. It ended up being a piece inside my door was broken off (no idea how since it was working fine when I brought it in.) I go back the next day and pick up my car and I assume there is nothing that can possibly be wrong at this point since they should have checked for everything to be working after the first incident. As I drive away I go to use my turn signal to find out that the front blinker is no longer working. (My turn signal was working when I brought it in). Somehow it stopped working when it was with them. So I go back and get that fixed. They say it will be ready tomorrow and in my displeasure I decided to assertively ask that it be done now. So they agreed and took it in for about 45 minutes to fix the broken front blinker. Finally I get my car back and go home. Two days later I am driving and attempt to clean off my windshield with my washer fluid. Almost all of it is gone (it was half full when I brought it in) and only 1 of the 2 sprayers is working. So I go back to tell them once again that there is another problem with my car that they supposedly "fixed". They decide to fix it right there where I parked. I am currently waiting for the next thing to go wrong with my car because it got returned to me in worse shape than it was originally.

    While I can't seem to remove my previous review since last week this dealer has exceeded my expectations and thoughts on their service. I went in and ended up out of my Focus and into a new car, the dealer ate the depreciation of my vehicle that had had multiple repairs and assisted me in an extremely professional and generous was, I am proud to say they treated my like I bought a new GT, and really stepped up to help.

    I purchased a brand new 2016 Ford Escape in December 2015. Since day 1 I have had problems with a leaky windshield. I have been back many times to have the problem "fixed." The windshield still leaks and the inside frosts when the weather is cold. This is not something that should be happening with a brand new vehicle! I am beyond disappointed with the service that I have received and am not satisfied with the "quality".
