Used vehicle purchase
Test drove vehicle, wouldn’t go over 50 mph. Check engine light came on. Promised it was fixed. Test drove again. Same thing. Purchased on good faith. Drove the vehicle home, check engine light came on. Took car back next day. In service for over a week. Took car home now making loud noise. Car went back, supposedly fixed. Nope! Since owning this car the majority of the miles have been to and from the dealership. Yes it is back in the shop and needs a transmission. Cost quoted for this repair is 5600.00. I asked about my option to sell it back. They offered to give me less than half of the selling price I paid to them. I have never written a disgruntled review. I have paid for insurance on a car that is not drivable, Sales tax, etc. If the car would have been fixed right from the beginning Or being handled in a just way I would not be writing this review. I welcome any help or suggestions. Thank you for reading.

Worst experience in car shopping
Untrustful dealer. I asked sale price and out of the door price with detailed each category price online. Somehow they did not gave me detailed price and only gave me the overall price. I went there, they gave me a different price. Amazingly, the out of the door price are the same. I do not know how to do the math. During negotiation period, the so called manager (with no name card or business card) is very elegant and you will never want to talk to him. I do wish I can rate 0 star.

Called about a car, salesman said they would hold it for me, list price $10,000, salesman called me two days later said they had sold it to Superior Hyundai, and the new price was $13,700, and still wanted me to come and get the deal done. They don't care about customer loyalty, they're just out to get your $$$$

Be prepared to pay an ‘Accessory Fee’ of $299, one person told me it was “so we can track your car if it gets stolen” and the finance guy told me it’s “something imbedded in the glass, even fire won’t destroy it” and also “just another way for dealers to make money”. I guess he thought it was funny and/or $300 isn’t much money to him. Also was not told the vehicle had no spare key until after I bought it, even though I asked about it during the test drive. Another $183 to (another) Honda dealer to have a spare key made. I’ve expressed my dissatisfaction to multiple Superior employees including the general manager with no response...it’s been a week.
Avery Simpson provided me with an excellent car buying experience. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and made sure I received the best deal possible. I really appreciate everything he did for me.

I bought my first car from Superior Honda last December (2017.) Before that I?d been leasing a Toyota. My experience with this dealership and with Doug Coomer guarantees that I will be a Honda person for life. From the very start, Doug (and the rest of the team at Superior Honda) was extremely straight-forward and courteous. He didn?t push any gimmicks, he was very friendly, and didn?t try to rush me into anything. I had a lot of questions regarding owning a car, maintenance, and financing ? Doug took his time to answer each question in full. He was thorough and I couldn?t have asked for better service. Not only that but they were able to get me my dream car in the very color I wanted. I had been talking to another Honda dealership and they told me that there was no way the type of car I wanted was available in the color I wanted. He even went so far as to say that Doug and his team was lying to me. Well, not only did Superior Honda deliver the car I wanted, in the color I wanted ? they also gave me an amazing deal on the price and ridiculously low rates on the Financing (my bank was shocked they couldn?t match.) Working with Doug through the whole process was a great experience. It was like I was talking to a family member who had my best interest at heart. Jelisa Hummons was the best rep to work with. She was very attentive , and super helpful answering all of my questions, and sharing her knowledge of the car. She also took her service a step further by ensuring that my remote starter was installed the very next day and she provided me with her personal demo car so I would not have to sit and wait at the dealership while the car was being serviced. She also took the time to sit in the car with me to show me how to use all the features. Overall, it was a great experience and I would be willing to buy my next car from her!
