    I purchased a used 2014 Toyota Highlander on June 30, 2018. About 2 weeks later the front bearing went bad and they will not cover it with the 3 month/3000... mile warranty. They do cover some wearable parts and claim they cover the front/rear axles and the brake assembly. Also, their warranty states what it does not cover, but it doesn't list these parts. I just spent over $27,000 on a vehicle and the part costs a little more than $100. Come on guys, this does not make me feel good about my purchase. They say they are all about relationship and taking care of people. In my first instance when I asked to get help, they said sorry we can't help you.

    Craig was our salesman. He did everything to make sure we left happy, walked us through the entire buying process, told us everything we needed to know... about the car we were purchasing & never once showed frustration. There was some back & forth with the sales manager on the price but Craig went to bat for us to make sure we were happy. Worth the drive up to Cincinnati.

    They quoted a price one day and went back on their word the next day when they realized we were interested. The sales manager was arrogant and did not... even come out of his office to meet or greet us.

    I had a very pleasant buying experience for my first Acura TLX at this Columbia Acura dealership. Although my son-in-law Jeff helped me did the initial... search for a new car and pricing, he had high recommendations for both the 2017 Acura TLX and Sales consultant Mr. Gary Berner. It proved he is right. Gary's professionalism and follow-up on all details impress me a great deal, gave me an excellent impression on Acura and the Columbia dealership.

    Tony Gates was good to work with. But the sales Manager of dealership was arrogant. We purchased a new car and Tony had all the paper work ready as well... as the car. Pick up was easy. He also followed up with all of our questions if he did not have the answer. We did everything by phone and or email and went in to the dealer to just pick up the car. We had been to various dealers to select the car we wanted before doing emails. Good experience with Tony. He also gave us a great deal.
