Great service!!

The service team at Infiniti of Cincinnati is stellar. I had a punctured tire and called on 10/16 - expecting a several day wait at best. (Like just about any other place these days.) Nope - they told me if I could get there they'd take care of it ASAP. They did. While it was on the lift I asked if they could to the regular oil change and tire rotation as this would save me a trip. No problem. They took care of it. I couldn't be happier. I can't thank the service folks enough. I am bad at remembering names else I would recognize them here. I've always had great service from this dealership. The car I took in is my 4th from this dealership. My next car will also be another Infiniti from Infiniti of Cincinnati. My last sales experience in Sept was also stellar. I'd been looking online for a particular model for awhile. I saw one in stock, emailed the Internet lead on Sunday night, and brought it home Monday afternoon. Fast, professional, great to work with.

Excellent Service

Purchased a M45 in 2007 and have gotten all my service done at this location over the years. Dan Murphy is the Service Manager and he and his staff are outstanding to work with!!!! My car performs as good as the day I drove it off the lot 16 years ago!!!! Considering on my experiences over the past 16 years I would "Highly Recommend" this Dealership!!!!

Great Service Manager

My experience at Infiniti of Cincinnati has been outstanding from the day I bought my 2007 Infiniti M45. Recently, Dan Murphy, Service Manager has been the one to continue to keep my car in excellent shape. Dan is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and does an outstanding job of explaining what your car needs. Infiniti is fortunate to have his skills and talents!!!!!

Service Visit

Easy buying experience. Negotiated it online in about 2 days. Just had a great 15k mile service. They picked up our QX80 at our house and left us one as a loaner. Matt was a nice guy and good to work with.

Service shop misleading

I went in to have the oil changed, identify a clunking noise, and replace break pads. Service rep was nice but I was told my breaks were frozen and I needed significant repair expenses to replace and fix. I said no and I took it home. I inspected it and found none of their description to be true. This saved me a ton of money. I have no trust in what the mechanics at this dealership tell me now. Won’t go back

Great experience. Dan Murphy in service gave me great recommendation. Thank you. Awesome service from everyone. Each person was very knowledgeable in the area of expertise. Logan in sales was very patient and kind. My 2nd q50s. I love this car. Fast, sexy, and beautiful ride.
