The service team at Infiniti of Cincinnati is stellar. I had a punctured tire and called on 10/16 - expecting a several day wait at best. (Like just about any other place these days.) Nope - they told me if I could get there they'd take care of it ASAP. They did. While it was on the lift I asked if they could to the regular oil change and tire rotation as this would save me a trip. No problem. They took care of it. I couldn't be happier. I can't thank the service folks enough. I am bad at remembering names else I would recognize them here. I've always had great service from this dealership. The car I took in is my 4th from this dealership. My next car will also be another Infiniti from Infiniti of Cincinnati. My last sales experience in Sept was also stellar. I'd been looking online for a particular model for awhile. I saw one in stock, emailed the Internet lead on Sunday night, and brought it home Monday afternoon. Fast, professional, great to work with.

Easy buying experience. Negotiated it online in about 2 days. Just had a great 15k mile service. They picked up our QX80 at our house and left us one as a loaner. Matt was a nice guy and good to work with.

I went in to have the oil changed, identify a clunking noise, and replace break pads. Service rep was nice but I was told my breaks were frozen and I needed significant repair expenses to replace and fix. I said no and I took it home. I inspected it and found none of their description to be true. This saved me a ton of money. I have no trust in what the mechanics at this dealership tell me now. Won’t go back
