I would recommend Kings Toyota to future buyers. The entire staff was great and very professional from managers all the way to the finance department. The Kia Telluride, which I purchased was not on site at their location, but my sales person went above and beyond And out of his way to make sure that the vehicle that I was wanting to test drive was there at this location the very next morning. I love and I’m enjoying my Kia Telluride and I would like to say thank you to Kyle my salesman and everybody at Kings Toyota thank you so much for your dedication to professionalism on making my car buying experience enjoyable thank you again very much. I just bought a slightly used 2024 Ford Ranger from Kings Toyota. J-DAWG worked with me for a couple weeks while I was travelling, then took great care of me on the day of purchase. I got a good deal and a, very pleased with the transaction and my new truck. I wanted the 2.7L V6 and found this one at Kings. I drove from Indy to buy this and am glad I did. Thanks J-DAWG!!!

Service didn't tighten the oil pan plug and almost ruined my 2024 Rav4 hybrid.

My only complaint was on the website it showed a rav4 hybrid I was interested in to have heated seats and steering wheel. I drive 2 hrs too the dealership and the vehicle did not have these options in it. They did take 500 bucks off the price for my troubles though

I contacted this dealership about a Hyundai Tucson I had been watching for a few months. Finally took it for a test drive and fell in love. Stephen was kind, patient, and had the car detailed for me when I came to pick it up, and even installed a new battery to make sure I would have no issues going forward. The buying process was easy and simple and everyone was friendly. I am not sure what Maria’s official title is at the dealership but she dealt with all of the paperwork to sign once I bought the car and she was extremely nice as well. I was very nervous with buying a car and they made sure I had all questions answered and felt comfortable with the entire process and explained things to me more than once when I didn’t quite understand some things. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

Hold to find a honest salesman in anything but Derrick Bunger broke that cycle. Did what he said he would do how rare is that.

The sales manager literally laughed at us after making an honest offer. It was less than a 10% offer. Not to mention that the vehicle had obviously had some damage to it, and being from out of town we didnt plan on coming back to give them a chance to "fix it" (they just wanted to paint over it. The sales manager told us he'd give us $500 off for us to get it fixed the right way. Talk about insulting. We're willing to spend $40,000 on a vehicle and we were so disrespected by this sales manager.
