Performance Lexus

This is my sixth Lexus and each experience has been very positive. I expect the best and I get the best! My husband went in the next week and purchased the same car in a different color.

My wife and ( have now purchased 6 cars from this dealer, and we will continue to do so for years to come. TOP NOTCH DEALER. The sales department is peerless. Either John M or Doug G are incredible people, both in personality and professionalism. They are unsurpassed in knowledge but it doesn't stop there... these gentlemen call on birthdays and anniversaries, give gifts for special occasions, and are always ready to just sit and talk, even if it isn't in the context of selling you a car. You never feel pressured to buy a car, you feel welcomed and buy when ready because of your relationship with them. As for the Service dept, Tom and his people make everything as smooth and convenient as can be. They will give you a brand new loaner or even pick you up and drop you off if you live nearby. But the lounge is worth the time to sit and wait. It's like spending time in a country club. Free beverages and snacks, a movie theater, fitness center, quiet room, and even a business center. PEERLESS. Excellent service department!!!!

As always, Kings Performance Lexus came through with excellent service. My wife had arrived home and one of her tires went flat after parking in the garage. I called the Lexus Support number, and they arranged for a local AAA service provider to come to my house and remove the flat tire and replace it with the temporary spare. We did not use the vehicle over the weekend. On Monday morning I called the Service Department and spoke with CSR Phyliss. She always makes sure that any problem is resolved quickly. I drove to the dealership and within 2 hours a new tire was installed and I was back on the road. Having purchased the tires about 6 months prior, everything was under warranty. As Always, the care was given back to me after the complimentary washing service looking great. I have been a customer with this dealership since 2006, and I have always been 100% Satisfied doing business with this dealer.

You don't need to worry anything such as trick, lies, etc. in other dealers, and very reliable, you don't even need to check your bills....

I leased my first Lexus from Rick two years ago. It was my pleasure to return to Performance Lexus today to purchase this vehicle. While I did not have an appointment to meet with Rick today, when my husband and I walked into the dealership this morning, he instantly remembered me AND put everything down to help us with the finance process so that I could purchase my leased vehicle. I have had NO maintenance problems with my Lexus 200NXT in the past two years. I have visited the dealership for routine maintenance and free car washes. Everyone I have met and who has helped me at this dealership has been as helpful as possible and has gone out of their way to go the extra mile. This is particularly true about Rick Hubble. I cannot imagine working with a sales representative with more knowledge, more integrity, more poise or a greater desire to provide amazing service to his customers.
