We purchased our second new CRV from this dealership and Idan Shenhav was our salesman and he was very professional and polite and was not at all pushy .(I walk away from pushy sales people) He asked us what were we looking for and proceeded to show us vehicles based on our answer.and he did a thorough job explanning the features of the vehicles we looked at we even joked around a bit and it made our experience more pleasant and we also worked with David Hallone and he did all that he could do so in the end we left happy with a new CRV and were pleased with our deal and the vehicle.I have dealt with their Service and Parts Dept and they were great also.We never even considered any other dealer based on our previous experience with this dealership and we love Honda's. Can't forget Joel Cooperstein in finance he was great also.

Every question that I had about the car was answered and your staff treated us with like we were the most important customer to them. Jim Sweeney not only showed me all the ropes on the veihicle but ensured I could come back after driving the car for a few days to answer additional questions. I never felt rushed or pressured through the entire experience and felt like I could email or call with any related questions. Idan Shenhav was our salesman and he was wonderful. No pressure. He was very nice , easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. Idan explained everything to Jackie from inside out. He set up the blue tooth too. Idan made Jackie's first car buying experience fantastic. I would definitely go back to Idan to buy a car. I would recommend Idan to all.

My salesperson Brad really took the time to listen and find me the perfect car! Everyone was helpful and made me feel very comfortable as a first time car buyer. They took care of everything: an insurance agent was in the building to update my plan, Brad helped me return my rental car, and a staff member even let me borrow his phone charger. This dealership has a very friendly, not-pushy, and understanding staff ... and they helped get the car to a price I was comfortable with.

I bring my Honda CRV to Jeff Wyler Colerain because the service is wonderful and the staff is so courteous and friendly. It is not the closest Honda dealer near my house but the outstanding service and staff make it well worth the drive.
