    The sales person who was suppose to help me was no help at all. Stephen Anderson didn't explain anything about the vehicle I was interested in to me. He came across as very rude and annoyed. He wasn't polite or pleasant and if Beechmont didn't have the car I wanted for a cheaper price I definitely would have took my business else where. I feel as if I should have asked for another sales person to help me, Stephen Anderson didn't explain any documents to me that I signed he was just in a hurry to get a car sold and over with. I wasn't even allowed to test drive the vehicle except for around the car lot, because I didn't have full coverage, but how would I get full coverage on a 1990 Toyota Corolla?! Insurance company's don't even allow this because of how old the car is. I definitely will never shop at Beechmont Toyota again. Anyone and everyone looking to buy a car steer clear of Beechmont Toyota and definitely don't do business with Stephen Anderson, as he is highly unprofessional!

    Just a great experience!! Dave Roth is the best salesman I have ever worked with. Honest about exerything and even more helpful in finding the right car for the price you want to spend. Managment is great to work with when trading in a car as well. They take the time to explain anything and they are willing to listen. Financing is a breeze!! Dave Lloyd not only went to bat for me with Toyota but also found ways to save me money!!

    Called from Toledo Oh about internet truck for sale. Got information from Sawyer about price negotiation and interest rates on financing. Satisfied with information we received, made the 3.5 hour drive to see the truck. Found a problem with the windshield making a weird noise when traveling 65-75 mph on the highway. We asked if a service person could look at it and were told there was no one there, they had gone home for the day. After the salesman realized we were not going to move forward without this issue addressed, suddenly, not only was there a service person available to look at it, but their best service guy! They had an answer for what the problem was, 100% sure it would be a simple fix for US to take care of. As we began to work on financing, the rates Sawyer gave us were no where near the rate we could actually get. ( I have a great credit score) There was also no negotiating on price, as Sawyer assured us there would be. We asked three times to talk to Sawyer about what he had promised us, but we never got to see him. We were told he is young and new and not familiar with everything. In my opinion, if you are a reputable business, and an employee makes an offer in error, it should be honored. I would bet Sawyer was probably doing exactly what he is taught to do; say whatever it takes to get the customer to come in. We had also asked for a guarantee that the windshield fix would cure the problem and if not, Beechmont would stand behind it and make it right. It was clear this was not going to happen. I am pretty sure that, more than the price negotiations, this was the deal breaker. I have a strong suspicion now, that they are aware there is a windshield problem, and were hoping we would not notice it. And now, rather than lose money to make it right and fix it, they will try to sell it to another unsuspecting customer. I bet it is back out on the lot right now. I left there feeling disgusted , like I was played from the very start. What a colossal waste of my time!!! NOTHING we were told on the phone was consistent with what happened when we got there. Poor customer service.

    Needed to do the preliminary buying over phone. I was not happy with the texting and emails 24 hours late. I just needed a simple answer the first time I called. I bought elsewhere within 20 minutes of giving up on them.

    We went there because we were recommended by our friends. The sales person we dealt with was nice. We had 1200 - 1500 dollars less in offer from three other dealers. Somehow the manager or whoever is the person above the sales person would not believe it, and try to argue with us. He was rude and said he could not believe those offers. He wanted emails, then wanted to call the other dealer to confirm and all. I had to argue with him, and told him, we dont believe him either. As a costumer we would go to the place where we get best deal. After seeing three offers, he finally agreed to at least discuss on trying to reduce their offer. We told him we would rather deal with someone else. Finally we got the car. If I had the option on the color that I wanted in another dealer where we had similar offer, I wouldnt have bought my car from here. Bad experience with the dealership manager or whoever that person was. But I got the color I wanted. The sales person that we met was nice though.
