    I am usually very uncomfortable purchasing vehicles. I don't enjoy push salesmen/women or the back and forth with a manger style that most dealerships employ. I just purchased a truck at this location yesterday (2/6/17) and i could not have had a better experience. Brandon Sink (who i cannot find to rate) was absolutely GREAT. He not only stayed late, Much past his normal time to accommodate my wife and I, but did so with such enthusiasm. He was upbeat, nice, not pushy at all. He understood our needs and met them. Not only will i be back for my next car, and i live an hour away, but i will recommend your dealership to family and friends looking for both new and used cars. Thank you for providing a GREAT experience.

    Everything about the purchase of our new Forester was straightforward and simple. The price was good, all the people at the dealership I spoke with did what they said they would and the process of closing the deal/completing paperwork went quickly and without a hitch. We would purchase from Beechmont again in the future.

    I worked with William Robles to purchase my 2016 Impreza wagon. Because of my limited budget, I was initially looking to purchase a used 4-door Impreza. However, I did not like the light interior. William worked with his sales manager, and was willing to completely change out the interior for me and not raise the price! The lack of backup cams or backup sensors, however, prompted me to look at new vehicles. The only base model Impreza they had in stock also had a light interior. Eventually, William got his manager to let me purchase the model up for the same price. I got a great deal on this car, and William and the whole staff were so pleasant. I could not have asked for a better all-around experience!

    I received a note from Dealer Review that said the manager answered and requested we call. Have left three messages since Friday and no call has been returned. This concerns a 2001 PT Cruiser purchased from this dealer. The engine blew up 6 days later.

    Anees came to my house, an hour drive out into the "boondocks", to pick me up. My wife was away and I had no way of anyone else driving me to Beechmont on the appointed day to pick up our new Impreza. Now, that's putting the customer first, that's service! Anees also spent considerable time in taking me through the controls and how things worked. Patient with and answered my many questions. Much appreciated. Rhonda did an excellent job of explaining, answering my questions, and taking me through the necessary paperwork and the optional protection plans. She was transparent and explicit.

    Had some small issues for the body shop to look at. Called them and the gal said come on over! I get there, she helps my right away! Waited maybe 15 minutes and both issues were taken care of. Free of charge!! I could not have asked for better service!
