My sales guy did a good job keeping in contact with me through finding me the car I wanted. The management team doesn’t seem to be that friendly.
Found a gem in the form of Ms. Rose at Walker Toyota. Have never found buying a car a pleasant experience but Rose changed all that. The process was easy... and they found the exact car we wanted. It was such a good process that I travelled from Indiana to the dealership for the car. Will definitely return.

Everyone at this dealership was amazing! Rose, the woman who worked directly with me was attentive, thorough and even came in on her day off to complete... my sale. My wife and I visited the store on June 22, 2019, to look at a vehicle we saw on the Carfax site. Once we located the car we looked at it and a salesman... approached to offer his assistance. His name was Greg Lynch. After discussing the car and its history he offered the car for a test drive which we accepted. Five hours later we left the dealership the owners of the vehicle we sought. Although the session was drawn out and lengthy we were extremely pleased with Mr. Lynch and the service we received from those involved in the sale. The last oil change prior to our purchase was performed at 30,276 miles, which would make the next change due at 40,276, give or take a few miles. On the inside of the windshield I located a Walker service sticker that listed the next service due at 42,444, miles. I began trying to speak with someone at Walker Auto Group on July 10, 2019, in an effort to resolve the mileage descrepancy. Fortfive minutes of phone calls, transfers going unanswered, requests to leave a voicemail my patience began to question the ability to provide the service I was advised to expect from this dealership. I have no reservations about recommending this dealership to someone looking for a new or used vehicle, I'm not sure their customer service is up to par. I believe in that old saying you only have one time to make a first impression but their service post sale needs some attention. I cannot rate them on their repair performance nor the facility as a whole because at the moment there is something missing, it's their customer service that needs some jacking up.

I bought my 2018 Camry in August. Happy I get free maintenance for a bit. I made my 10 am appointment over a month ago. I get here at 9:45 and I am told... I will wait for over an hour necause they have a lot of customers. Why the appointment then. My dad bought his car here and waited 3 hours for an oul change which is rediculous! I will be finding somewhere else to have my maintenance done. I would rather pay 30.00 than sis here and wait that long!
