Straw away read the reviews!!!

Wow!!! My Wife and I actually need new cars but after reading the reviews I'm not going to waste my time... They really don't seem to care about all of these bad reviews.. Hopefully they can make improvements before all the bad reviews get out. But for now I'll stay away!!

Not thrilled about the process

Drove 150 miles to purchase a used vehicle they just took in. Entering the store you could tell what the place was all about. Seven salespeople standing around talking at full volume. The salesman I was supposed to meet came up said hello and disappeared for 15 minutes. Everything about the process is what the stigma of car dealerships have had for 30 years. You could tell everyone wanted to make a commission, but deep down they really didn't care about the customer.

What a terrible service department, I dropped off my car...

What a terrible service department, I dropped off my car 2 days ago, don’t have a loaner from them and they still haven’t even look at my car. What the other reviews say, rhetoric answers and lots of BS. Don’t take your car there!!!!! Carlos and Sam terrible service adjusters, and the manager Henry is less of help, as the other 2 service adjusters.

Horrible experience

Worst customer service and experience ever!!! Buying a premium car result in a unpleasant event. Instead of been treated as a customer, you fell like they are doing you a favor. Please read this and avoid this dealership. We arrived at 4 pm and leave the dealer past 9:30 pm. We stayed there with one seller and the financing guy. The salesman that started the deal with us left and we finalized the deal with another one... They did not even show us the features of the vehicle... I regret to buy such an expensive vehicle for them!!!

Sales guys try to do their best until by a technical...

Sales guys try to do their best until by a technical problem of a brand new car with only 4 days of use, one tow truck and 4 times claiming a technical issue, you will have to deal with someone who calls himself Ryan the Sales Manager. This guy Ryan not only threatened me with sending the car to a pond but calling the police to report as stolen the piece of crap loan car they gave my wife. He didn’t care the car had a fault or that is was me who was calling to find a solution to ha a reliable car. By all means, please stay away fro this dealer.

The dealership South Dade Land Rover refused to work on my vehicle. Customer service is absolutely horrible and intolerable. The Service Director Dayron Gonzalez personally called me and stated that the dealership will not work on my vehicle in retaliation from me calling Land Rover Corporate Offices related to there unprofessional service practices. I would highly recommend that anyone wanting to get their Land Rover serviced, not to use this dealership. They are unprofessional, retaliatory, and totally lack the moral standards to take care of their customers with courtesy and respect.

This is the worst car agency I have ever met I bought a Land Rover in january 2019 First the seller and financier deceived us, telling us that they were going To assume the last payment of the car that was going to deliver..... lies later I got the statement Then we had problems with the cooling liquid we had to take it by crane to the dealer and they can believe a car that is paid so expensive the dealer had no loaner to give me, I had to be without a car for two days You talk to the manager and it’s like talking to the wall They don’t have customer service never again in my life when I delivered the less of the car I return to that dealer I do not recommend them

I am extremely satisfied with the ease of buying a Range...

I am extremely satisfied with the ease of buying a Range Rover. Our sales assisstant Jordan Crespo was magnificent! My husband and I test drove two models and right away were offered a great price for the model I liked and were able to finalize the buy in less than 2 hours. I have been to many car dealers in my life; from BMW's to Mercedes and VW but I had never had such a positive, fast and pleasant experience as this one. I was even able to turn in my previous lease at this dealership even though it is from another make. Jordan also was very diligent getting my Range Rover before it was scheduled for delivery. He has been very accesible and eager to help. What a great experience getting a vehicle from Land Rover of South Dade! Silvia BM
