Michael Lombrozo was a true professional from the initial contact all the way through delivery of my new Lyriq. He made everything easy and straightforward. No games, no xx. Very detail oriented. When he saw that two valve stem caps were missing on my car delivery, he immediately found some and made sure everything was perfect. He took the time to go over all the features and made sure I was satisfied with everything before we left. I wish all car sales consultants were like him. Thanks again Michael. When I'm in the market for another Cadillac, you will be the 1st person I call! 10/10.

This is the 4th time i take my car to get it fix because is shaking ... they charge my insurance and charge me a co-pay 3 times and the problem still not fix... I left my car there Thursday and they havent even call for an Status....

Sales team was very accommodating and helpful but I don’t feel like I was given enough info / assistance navigating the features of the car. Also had a very bad experience with a defect that still hasn’t been resolved after an attempt to have it fixed by service and just keep getting the run around with my sales rep.
