On Saturday March 21, I called this dealership needing help. My son was in S. Padre for spring break, his key somehow got deactivated and would not work... on his jeep. I desperately called needing their assistance because we were hundreds of miles away. The man we spoke with was very rude, he told me we were better of mailing the key to him which would take days. I told him that wouldn't work because my son needed to get back to school at Texas Tech by Monday for classes. He then said it would be over $300 and they would have to have the jeep to program a new key. I said okay, if we get the jeep towed to you can you make the key for us and his response was a quick "nope". I was so mad that he was not willing to help in anyway or even have a professional response. Tells a lot about how this dealership does business and who they hire. I would have loved to give this company a great review if only they would have helped us, instead they were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I would never recommend this dealership!
