It was a pleasure dealing with Dave- He is my new associate in service since Dion & Marc left and I was worried. He was friendly as well as professional and checked everything to be sure we did the right thing for this service call.

I have all of my service done at this dealer. One of the service writers, Ashley Moore, is always professional and honest with the customer. I always request Phil or Roger to do the work on my car because they are very knowledgeable and do the job right. I have never had to bring my car back for the same problem. I highly recommend this dealer for service.

I'm leaving on a road trip next Thursday and on the spur of the moment thought about taking my 2013 Ford Edge in for an oil change and tire rotation before we leave and since I'm pretty busy during the few weekdays before we leave I thought I'd call and see if they could squeeze me in on the Saturday of Mother's Day weekend. I spoke to David George who was kind and very professional and assured me he could get my car serviced if I would bring it in and didn't mind waiting a little while. I took it in and left it with the promise he would call me when it was ready. The entire experience was handled so well I decided to leave my wife's car, a 2013 Lincoln MKZ, at the Ford dealership over the weekend for exactly the same service on the following Monday. No need to go all the way to Al Packer East to service her car any longer.
