Repairs not done

What a 2012 Ford Explorer under the impression it had a 90 day warranty. The brakes went out and they repaired them. Two weeks later they went out again was not able to leave my car with them for two weeks head to repair it on my own. They told me to bring my receipt in and they would take care of it. Needless to say they did not it is now Augustine. Still waiting on a check.

Typical Used car dealer to avoid.

Typical Used car dealer to avoid. Another one of these highly overpriced one price only, “Easy” process scams. The 2 Porsche Cayenne’s I inquired about was 15+% above market which is clear from both the retail and wholesale markets. They will make up numbers that you should NEVER believe in an effort to justify their, “Market pricing”. The Truth is the prices aren’t based on the market. It’s based on what margin they want. They overpaid so now you hold the bag when u buy it. It’s all of these one price, no nonsense places not just here. They are typically holding cars a LONG time or waiting for an uneducated person who doesn’t know the prices to fleece. It’s really that simple. These dealers have seen their business dry up , paying huge financing fees and are in Big trouble. They will do and say anything to sell another car. They are still Very arrogant about it also. It’s all an act so don’t buy into it. Don’t go into the dealership at all if you’re smart. Don’t even inquire online. I get that people are frustrated with the current dealership predatory behaviors and high pressure sales tactics. You like myself just want the truth and FAIR prices online with the current market. People go here or another one like it who aren’t going rip them off with unreasonable and outrageous fees. These used car dealers fool frustrated people who just want to buy in peace with a nice friendly smile. You wind up with in heavy negative equity the second you sign the paperwork. Sell the car back to them and they are going to pay you 20-30% less for what you just paid. Use your two feet walk out and say no. We have these websites and social media now where other people just trying to get a fair deal on a car by helping each other. Nothing wrong with making money otherwise they are out of business. What’s wrong is when you make up facts, hide problems to induce someone to a highly unfavorable deal and profit off it. They love to tell their sales stories about how much they made and stuck it to us the public. They have lost all moral compasses in pursuit of your hard earned money A Wolf in Sheep’s clothing. I received several emails back from their “Customer relations” department saying some manger is following up I revived no follow up at all. This is how they operate. Avoid this place or you’ll wind up wasting time and money

Ford Rocks / Mullinax Service Sullies the Brand

1 is very generous. We agreed to pay $830.87 to have them replace a rear view camera for our 2014 Taurus (which has been an awesome car). They kept the car for five days, then told us that the camera is on back order with no ETA. We had to argue to have them credit us the $200 “diagnostic fee.” My wife found the camera online for $68.90. It took her ten minutes to install it. I can’t think of how Mullinax people can sleep at night.

I Definitely do not recommend this place.

I Definitely do not recommend this place. Please stay away!!!!!!! I bought a Ford f 150 with them in February and first of all the truck had a bed cover when I saw it and then when I went to pick it up there was no bed cover and they said it was Broken, but when I looked at it it looked fine. They could have given a heads up and have a warning that they were throwing it out. I had already purchased the car with it and that makes it my property now. They gave me the 5 day warranty and guess what? On the 6th day the check engine light turned on. I called them to fix the truck they said they would see what they could do because the warranty was over. they kept the truck for about 5 days and the day I picked it up while I was driving it back home the check engine light came on again. I asked them to do a diagnostic so I could see what the problem was and they wanted to charge me 300$ for it. If I could I would give 0 stars to them cause giving them 1 is being very nice for what they did. Not to mention the female that sold me the truck was extremely rude. When asking her questions about trucks she would walk away and not respond or she would keep cutting me off while I’m talking and not let me finish. It’s no wonder they don’t charge a dealer fee because they don’t service their cars correctly, they sell you vehicles with issues and don’t disclose it. I’m positive they didn’t fix the issue for the check engine light or it wouldn’t have turned on while driving home the same exact day.

Very professional.

Very professional. Low key - no pressure. Straight dealing. Showed me their invoice. No negotiation of price - paid MSRP for Mustang Mach-E off the lot. Sold me all weather car mats at their cost. Generally a positive experience.

A pleasure to deal with.

A pleasure to deal with. It was a fairly custom order on a high-demand vehicle (Bronco). It took 23 months from the time of the reservation being placed to receive delivery. With that the Mullinax team was amazing throughout, in particular, I'll call out Derek VanHoose who spent 23 months responding to texts, emails and providing great updates. I would highly recommend Mullinax for anything you need Ford (or maybe otherwise)!!
