Bought my car in November 2019. I took in today for the 1st free oil change and was told I needed new air filters OK. Then I was told after waiting for... 1.5 hours that I also needed a fuel system cleaning as my car was over 40000 miles. When I said $129.00 was too much I was told if I didn't get that service the oil change wasn't free. Basically I was told to just pay for the oil change. Between the oil change and the filters cost me $183.00. This is nothing more than a scam This was the 1st and last time for me

I work in IT, so doing heavy research comes as a natural for me. The vehicle that my fiance and I were looking for was a specific model and color. It was... a 2012 White Chevy Cruze 1LT RS with the All-Star package. There were only a few of these vehicles in our area that were giving us somewhat of a fair deal. I called Arcadia to confirmed that the deal they were offering online was the actual price. They said YES and we were committed to driving up to Arcadia. Of course I was skeptical at first due to all the bad reviews on the website. But the deal was the best one we've heard, so we took the chance. Once we got to the dealership, I was appointed to a great salesman and he was so informative through-out the test drive, paper work, and just general knowledge. I want to say Thank you to all you guys at Arcadia. My fiance loves her new Cruze and it was worth the long drive from Fort Lauderdale!
Absolutely terrible would never go back to this dealer, salesman Carl was very polite and good, trying to get them to honor Internet price and trying to... get paperwork done correctly was impossible. After 4 attempts with paperwork done wrong, not wasting any more time on this Dealer.
Derrick and Sharon at Plattner Arcadia Chevy were very kind, professional, and made sure our car buying experience was smooth and non pressured. Derrick... quoted up two offer sheets for us and let US choose the deal that was best for our situation. Derrick showed us respect and made us feel comfortable during the whole car purchase. Sharon spent hours with us making sure all questions were answered and always had a smile! Lastly, Doug Plattner is the man! He has taken care of my family with car purchases for years. He offers so much that other dealerships would never do. Home delivery, transporting cars from other locations.... we are Plattner customer for life. Tried to contact via website, was pretty much ignored for over a week. Finally phoned, took 3 calls to get a salesman. They claim no dealer fees, but actually... more expensive than dealers that charge one. Any price they list on website is not the true price. First, the cryptic disclaimer at bottom of page does not include finance and trade in "assisitance" What they mean is you have to pay them $2000 to "assist" them with the seemingly decent price. Finally, they add a mandatory $500 "protection plan" when you click on "male a deal". Interestingly enough, the $2000"assistance" is not included in the summary of fees and taxes, to sucker you into visiting.
I cannot say enough kind words about the help and follow through provided by the Service Manager, Ralf Lipps. When I first arrived at the Arcadia dealership's... service department I was upset due to a prolonged effort to have a broken windshield replaced on a car I had purchased from Plattner's Venice used car dealership. Note that I purchased the car with the broken windshield with assurances a new windshield would be installed. Over the month following the purchase I received various excuses for delay from three different sales people in Venice. Finally, Sal in Venice was very helpful in directing me to speak with Ralf in Arcadia. Ralf was very professional in dealing with me while I was upset and handled my issue professionally and efficiently. Thank you Ralf!
They told me the car was several thousand less than what it was until after they already ran my credit. **ACCESSORY FEE. for all the crap they do that... should be included. ex under body spray

We drove 3hrs to look at car that they had on their lot. Once we arrived, we took the car for a test drive and loved it! We sat down at the table to... negotiate, and the man looked at us and said, “ what did you think the price of that car was”. They took the listing price of that vehicle and added $4,000 to it!!!! This $4,000 addon consisted of an $800 cleaning fee, $1,000 fee for not financing, $1,000 fee for not trading in a vehicle, and a $1,000 dealership fee! The $800 cleaning fee was sickening because the car was dirty! There was chocolate behind the steering wheel and the cup holders were filled with food! The outside was dusty and the rims were almost black! This cleaning fee was nothing but a scam!! They didn’t even touch that car!!! We happily drove 3hrs back knowing that Aracadia did NOT get a dime! None of this was on there autotrader advertisement! We showed them that it wasn’t and they didn’t care! The salesman said sales were low and I can now see why!
