    Recent scheduled service of my E350 was a very pleasant experience with assistant service manager J.T. (Jason Tarpley) I am a detailed-type person and expect that level of attention in inspection and feedback of my vehicle. JT was was very patient in explaining the inspection points, findings, and work done. Thank you, J.T.

    Very impressed with the beautiful new facility with customer conveniences a priority. The attitude of the entire staff conveys the importance to make every customer feel special. Purchasing a new car is exciting, yet can be overwhelming with so many choices, but we were fortunate to have a wonderful experience with our Sales Consultant, Alfredo Poletti. Alfredo was a real joy to work with in guiding us in selecting the right vehicle for us. He was very professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about each model. Brad Combs, Finance Service Director, followed up in finalizing the sale, explaining warranties, etc. and was great to work with. Nicholas Pearce, Product Concierge, was so patient in educating us on all the features of our automobile. All in all, great experience with Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota. Would highly recommend this dealership.

    Service was fine but... I waited nearly two and one half hours for routine service(first annual service for a new car).After the long wait, I left the waiting area to find Jason but he was not in his cubical. My bill was on his desk with no one around. I would not want Jason to be my service representive in the future. Unreasonable waiting time especially when everyone else was being taken care of.

    Called in for repair and was scheduled within 2 hours. Had a liquid leak in front of car, but could not see where leak was or what type fluid. Randi had me meet with technician and I showed him pictures of fluid on garage floor and described the fluid. Randi kept me abreast of findings and although it took longer than I thought, I waited for the car. Work was completed and vehicle checked out ok. I have not noted any further leaks. Good job by all and THANKS.
