Mercedes-benz that should mean something in the luxury

Mercedes-benz that should mean something in the luxury car department I don't think some of the employees see it as world class they need to do a 2 day training session that would let the employees know we be the very best in customer service even the smallest of things that makes a custom feels important small details like changing the battery in key fob i get my car back and notice that key fob battery needed to be changed thats something less the custom has to worry about thats from the techs to janitors and managers world class custom service is my number goals

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Sami

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Sami from Sarasota Mercedes. I had been in contact with him regarding a GLS 580, and after several inquiries, I was never informed that the car had already been sold. Despite my genuine interest and repeated requests for updates, there was a total lack of communication on his part. What was even more frustrating is that he never advised me to secure the car with a deposit or act quickly to ensure the purchase, which could have saved me from wasting time. It felt like he wa not truly invested in helping me or guiding me through the process. The lack of transparency and poor communication left me feeling completely frustrated and disheartened with their service. It’s disappointing to deal with a business that doesn’t prioritize customer experience or basic communication. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
