    We took our VUE in on a Thursday to be checked for safety before a Florida-New Jersey run. We were told the back end rusted through in Florida weather & our car was a "death trap!" We had our daughter's wedding & my wife's dying mother to see & had planned to leave the following Wednesday. We decided to fix the car & see if we could use it as a trade in before we needed to leave Wednesday. We dropped the VUE on Friday, waited the weekend & went to Dyer Chevrolet in Ft. Pierce on Monday. We explain to Joe & Garth we needed to purchase a car & be on the road in two days because my wife's mother was dying & our daughter was getting married in Philly. Our car was still in the shop waiting for parts so we couldn't bring it to the dealer to use as a trade in. Joe sat down with Garth then gave us an acceptable price on a new Equinox, an acceptable trade in price on our unseen VUE, told us if the parts for it didn't come in, they would send someone to pick up our car when fixed. We drove off the lot that day with the new Equinox (with dealer plates) came back the next day with our plates (The VUE was still waiting for parts) Joe had our plates put on the car with a custom design, gave us complimentary floor mats for the car & told us to leave as planned Wednesday & he would work around the missing trade in. "You have enough on your plate already!" We did & he did. These guys are an enigma: A friendly, courteous & "HONEST" car dealership! Wow! We left as needed in Wednesday. The Equinox cruises along at 85 without so much as a ripple! The sound system is phenomenal! If I could, I'd give these guys 10 stars!

    There was a vehicle I was interested in and was called by one of the sales men who was very professional and nice, but when I went to negotiate the deal, they wouldn't budge on the price, nor did the manager or anyone come to speak to me about any other offers. I went to another dealership the following weekend and purchased a better vehicle, less mileage for less money. So I guess I do owe them a thanks for poor management style.
