Went in for oil and tire rotation service.

Went in for oil and tire rotation service. The staff was very friendly and the service was done quickly. Didn't have to wait long at all!

Dealership in the past has been excellent.

Dealership in the past has been excellent. However on this last purchase items we paid for were not installed and the vehicle was still dirty when delivered. The sales person could not find keys for the cars we wanted to look at and wasted a lot of our time. In addition he did not offer to show us how all of the features of the car worked.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dyer

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dyer Chevy of Fort Pierce. “Theo” a salesperson contacted me last week claiming they located the truck I was searching for. After wasting hours discussing details and numbers, I was assured the vehicle would be ready for delivery between the 23rd and 27th of February. However, when I called today “23rd” to inquire about the status, I was informed that the finance manager “Jose” had decided to purchase the truck for himself, rendering it unavailable. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of integrity is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against trusting Dyer Chevy with any of your automotive needs. Not only did Dyer Chevy of Fort Pierce fail to deliver on their promises, but they also attempted to overcharge me by over $8000 from the advertised price. This blatant discrepancy between their online terms and the actual pricing reeks of deceit and suggests there's a scam lurking within their business practices. Combine this with the unethical behavior of their staff, including trying to sell a promised vehicle out from under me, and it's clear that Dyer Chevy cannot be trusted. Steer clear of this dealership at all costs.

The finance guy never fully explained the extended

The finance guy never fully explained the extended warranty He convinced me to buy which I ended up canceling once I figured out the actual cost the maintenance and road side assistance plan it was only $50 a month but when I got home and had time to carefully review the paper work I was supposed to be just over $17,000 out the door but my loan amount was over $24,000 the 2 policies I went back and canceled were $4000 There was an additional $3000 that he couldn't explain but when he ran the number it disappeared. They also promised a rate of mid 5% and ended up with a rated of 6.04% after they redid it my payments went from a 6 year loan to a 5 year loan and dropped $60 a month
