I made an appointment to view a vehicle listed for sale. When I arrived to test drive the vehicle, I was told the vehicle was inoperable and would not start. I was allowed to view the vehicle despite it not running, I still was interested. The sales manager assured me he would call me to schedule a test drive, but never heard from him again. I even called to follow up and left a voicemail to further express my interest, but continued to receive the silent treatment from this dealership.

I came in after 6 hours at the Nissan dealership down the
I came in after 6 hours at the Nissan dealership down the road. Having been a loyal Nissan owner for almost 20 years, their lack of transparency and service was shocking. We walked out and decided to put a pin in our purchase so we could shop around. My son, a Chevy household, called your dealership, shared my frurstrations and what I was looking for with Christian. We pulled up, Christian had the car we bought out front, and 2 hours later we were out the door. Both Christian and Reese were great to deal work and really exceeded our expectations.
