Powell Watson of Laredo takes advantage of women
Powell Watson of Laredo is truly something else. They have no shame and take advantage of women for knowing better on the mechanics of a vehicle. I had them replace my tires and ever since then during a specific speed the car trembles. I've taken it back 3 times for the issue and has not been resolved. I went back today and you'll never guess what they to me to do..For me to take it to Discount Tire for an aligment and they'll reimburse me. Oh my god! and this came from the person in charge of the service dept.
Mrs. Pena, we are sorry that you found your experience with our dealership less than satisfactory. We have looked at your vehicle to address your concerns, on your multiple visits to our dealership. However, we are unable to replicate the issue you are stating. We have had multiple technicians and managers inspect your vehicle, including some from our sister stores. We completed a few items on your vehicle, including balancing and rotating your tires on each of your visits hoping that this will fix the concerns you were having. They have not. We test drove the vehicle with and without you at multiple speeds to repeat the problem but were unable to do so. At this point we are recommending you utilize a third-party service center (such as Discount Tires) to see if they are able to replicate the issue. This will be at no expense to you, and we will be more than happy to reimburse you for it. We care about the concerns of our customers and found that this is the next step to alleviate any concerns you may have. Please contact us if you have any other questions and/or concerns. Thank you.
Fast and easy
Fast and easy. Took advantage of Oil change and tire rotation for my suburban 2018. Great place to service personal vehicle , Valero is at walking distance for great Mexican taco company food. Shuttle available if you need to go to work or home. Awesome job.
Service on Buick Enclave 2017
Went in for an oil change and check tire pressure (nitrogen). All was great, until I discovered 2 of the valve caps, were not replaced. Other than that, all was great!!

It?s shouldn?t take three visit for recall work. That?s very inconvenient.

Yukon XL suspension check
Had appointment at 0800, I went to check on SUV at 5pm and had not even been checked it cause before they brought me my truck they went around the block, why have an 0800 appointment if they won?t even check it, they said nothing was wrong with it but they didn?t give an invoice of what they did, bad service
